IMO Car Wash - Bedford Arvostelua 62

My usual car wash for years due to proximity. But a few weeks ago there were 3 young lads who did a botched job and the car wash lasted less than half the usual duration. It was so quick that the other users also commented but was ignored. Don’t go there until they restore to the same length of wash time. We felt they were ripping us off.

Reasonably priced car wash, quick and no fuss, good value for money for the end result and finish.

One of the machines ripped off the back cover of my wing mirror. What is your insurance policy for issues like this?

I tried this car wash first time it was good so its easy to pay up front while in the kew then very good prices i paid £5.70 so i dont expect for the car to be extremely clean because its automatic car wash and only at the start guys spray with jet wash to wash of the dust so for that price car been reasonably clean i was happy with result also it was very quick wash too.

Bedford IMO has always provided great service. Team there really helpful in the prewash and the car always comes out clean

Always very friendly & polite. Just wish a little more attention to wheels is given. Otherwise very satisfied.

Second time I’ve gone in - pre paid for a wash. Money taken from account but no qr code received. Then have to chase customer service who take ages to respond.

I recently had an issue with the app when purchasing a deluxe wash. The payment was taken from my account, but the purchase didn’t appear in the app at the time. When I arrived, the manager insisted that because no code had been generated, they wouldn’t allow my car through. I showed clear proof of payment via PayPal, but it was still refused, which was extremely frustrating.

With cars waiting behind me, I felt I had no real choice but to pay again by card just to keep things moving. This was not only inconvenient but also quite embarrassing, as I was holding up other customers. To make matters worse, because the second payment wasn’t through the app, I didn’t receive any loyalty points.

About an hour later, once I got home, the original purchase finally appeared in the app—confirming that I had in fact paid twice. While I understand this may be a franchise operation, a bit of common sense and discretion in that moment would have gone a long way.

I will use the wash currently showing in my app next time I need it. However, the handling of the situation has left a poor impression, and I won’t be returning ever.

Car windscreen and wheels not cleaned very well - quite dissappointing for £21 top XR Ceramic wash!

It was an easy enough experience to use but didnt clean car as well as I'd thought and missed areas.

The Service was as expected, good, the fan drying boom didn't lower on this occasion thought the fans where running.

Windscreen still showed dry dirt even after the car wash. Had to clean again at home to sort it out.
Light dirt is fine. Heavy or moderate dirt might not be cleaned 100%.
I chose the 3 foam option for my wash.

Staff courteous & helpful, the service very good, there could be more vacuums working!

Terrible service, machine wasn’t working and kept getting stuck. Two young men working looked inexperienced and getting instructions on the phone. When it didn’t work they blamed me for not knowing how to drive. Had a terrible experience and requested a refund! Will not use their services again

I love the ease of being able to pay before I arrive. Only thing I’d advice for others is to have the QR code ready to show.
