Ideal Glass and Glazing Ltd Arvostelua

A first class job for a very picky customer! Christian and his team went to a lot of effort to get the colour of our kitchen splashbacks just right and the installation was very professional. Second time we have used them and would use them again.

Found these using a local search. Quick, no hassle survey and measure up. Delivery and fitting for glass splashback and balustrade on time and as per order. Would absolutely recommend

Excellent customer service on a bespoke shower enclosure Ideal Glass designed and installed for us. The workmanship seems really high quality and the new shower has really added the wow factor to our shower room.

Would highly recommend and definitely plan to use them again.

A very professional service
Highly recommended

Made to measure shower enclosure 2 angled pieces of glass and angled door on hinges.
Job was completed in a month and i was impressed with Christian who did the quote and all site visits, measurements with lasers and ordered glass for me. He returned and fitted the glass enclosure and was punctual. I am pleased with the standard of handles and fixtures provided too. It should last forever. The quote was expensive but fair.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Professional and polite. Nothing too much trouble.

We emailed and said what we wanted, we got a quote back a couple of hours later. When we were ready to order, everything done with no fuss and installed quickly at our convenience.

Courtesy from the three people we dealt with was second to none.

Absolutely faultless

We used Ideal Glass to supply & fit glass splashbacks in our kitchen & were very pleased with the service we received. They were very helpful & the kitchen looks great!

The company was very responsive, the prices competitive and timelines were quicker then other providers and they were extremely easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for splashback installation.

friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy service
from advice on what we needed, what was appropriate, what would look good etc all the way through to the actual install. great people to work with, would recommend.

We had a bespoke shower door designed and installed. All worked perfectly - very good quality installation and reliable, friendly service. Would definitely use again.

I have had a shower enclosure fitted am very pleased with it and the customer service was great would definitely recommend

Excellent service. 3 Juliette balconies, 2 bespoke shower enclosures and one made to measure mirror. All extremely complicated in their own ways, but Ideal was up to the task, quick turnaround times and turned up when they said they would. A real find.

Very professional, courteous and work completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend. If only all tradesmen were this good. Thank you

Ideal Glass and Glazing fitted a bespoke Shower enclosure in my bathroom - They measured, cut and fitted the enclosure, and did a great job. Emma and team were quick to respond, and were very helpful. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

We recently had splash backs fitted in the kitchen, they look really good. The job was done professionally as was all communications. My only gripe is that the men fitting didn't wear shoe coverings. I would definitely recommend the company and feel their charges were reasonable.

All started well. But there were two cancellations made for the dates agreed at very short notice. Only heard two weeks later after the first delay for a follow up date for fitting the glass. When the fitters turned up they had the wrong size glass. So they had to come back 4 days later with new glass. They left mud all over the tiles, not wearing shoe covers or putting mat down. Communication by Allun and Emma was really poor, after promising on multiple occasions to call me back or send me emails, and they never did. I had to keep chasing them with phone calls. Many phone messages left weren't relayed to Emma, even though they were urgent. Positive is that after a long time in waiting, the shower looks great.

Ideal Glass recently measured and fitted a bespoke shower screen for our new bathroom. They did a superb job, understanding exactly what we wanted to achieve and how best to deliver that. Every member of the team was professional yet friendly and the turnaround was impressive. Very happy and already using again for mirror orders. Thank you.

Excellent service. Professional job. Great value for money.

Really happy with our new splashback. Communication was excellent as was the temp laying and fitting. Would recommend.
