Ideal Glass and Glazing Ltd Arvostelua

if the fitting crew (nice blokes) had just spent an extra 5 minutes with a broom to round up all the shattered glass fragments than had ended up on the floor during the removal of the damaged section then this would have been a 5 start review(attention to detail) - I do find little things like this a complete irratation and especially as they had been supplied with a cuppa and a tip :-(

We were impressed with the attention to detail during the initial site visit. Any possible issue or obstacle was identified and talked through. The installation was done efficiently and the end product looks really good. All-in-all we are very happy.

Really helpful team at Ideal Glass and Glazing.
Visited, measured and installed our coloured splashback promptly and professionally.

Very prompt and efficient service all the way through, from the initial quote to the final installation. We had frame-less glass fitted to the upper level of our patio (using the conventional aluminium channel) and down the stairs to the garden level (mounted of the sides of the staircase). The result is fantastic.

Really excellent service from all from sending query and asking for quote to having measurement done and large mirror fitted in our outhouse. Reasonably priced and would recommend and use this co. again for any other work we need done.

This is the second Glass shower screen I have had installed and the standard is fantastic. Granted the cost of a bespoke shower screen is more expensive than something you would buy off the shelf at Victorian Plumbing or Wickes but the standard is clearly visible and you really get what you pay for.
Would happily use Ideal Glass and Glazing again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Ideal Glass were quick to respond to my order. A very efficient survey followed with a quick turnaround of a quote. Once I placed the order Ideal Glass beat their own delivery estimate by a week and I am delighted with my new shower screen. Mihaela was really efficient from start to finish.

Very happy, from start of enquiry to finish of installation good communication, nice people on phone and fitting and an excellent job

Very pleased with the made-to-measure internal glass balustrade by IG&G. Easy company to deal, great communications (email and phone) and a fuss free installation. Great price too! Highly recommended

Very pleased with supply and installation of custom made glass balustrades to replace wooden ranch style ones on 1970s open tread staircase. They managed to install using the original metal supports thus avoiding having to remove the old supports and fit new ones. The guys that did the measuring and installation were very polite, tidy and helpful. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and gave me confidence. Very happy with the result.

Done a great job communication was good kept me upto date and really happy with the finished piece

I got 10 quotes for my made to measure shower screen from suppliers working in the West London area. I G & G came up the cheapest, yet their specification was as high as any of the other quotes that were up to double the cost.

Very friendly staff. Manufactured quickly. Installed neatly. The finished shower enclosure looks great. I would definitely recommend them for any bespoke shower screen/bathroom glazing work.

Following on from a previous visit and service from Ideal Glass and Glazing, which was excellent, we have again returned. This time for glass splashbacks in our new kitchen. The result is stunning, we could not be happier and once again this company 'delivered' from the initial consultation right through to the final fitting. Thank you very much. Recommended!

Excellent service, very helpful team that have designed and fitted a bespoke bathroom screen and door with black fittings. It was for an awkward sloping roof in a bathroom so it had to be bespoke and now it looks like a great feature!! Thank you, Katharine

Ideal glass and glazing ltd did a fantastic job of a bespoke shower door and enclosure.
They were professional and polite and kept me informed of the project times all the way from ordering to fitment.
It looks fabulous and I am very happy.

Excellent service and quality product . We had a new staircase designed and installed as part of a larger project and we were delighted with the quality and follow up after an initial small error was made but quickly rectified. Would use again and highly recommend

Very friendly company with excellent prices and product. Had kitchen splash back made, I gave them my chosen colour and they matched it perfectly, glass fits and looks great. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them. Thank you IDGG!

Very happy with the work undertaken. The enclosure looks very good quality. The site survey and installation were excellent and the price competitive compared to other quotes. Communication and email response could be improved. Otherwise great.

Ideal Glass provided a very professional service at a very competitive price. I compared a number of firms - Ideal Glass were the only ones who turned up on time, turnaround was less than a week and mirrors were fitted at the scheduled time. Very responsive and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Ideal Glass can always be relied upon to respond quickly and efficiently and do a great job. Highly recommend.
