Leider konnte ich die Jacke nicht richtig testen, da sie zu groß war und ich sie zurückschicken musste. Aber die Qualität war sehr gut und ich bin mir sicher, sie hätte mir bei Shitwetter gute Dienste erwiesen. Wie erwähnt, sie fällt etwas größer aus und wer zwischen zwei Kleidergrößen ist, sollte meiner Meinung nach zur kleineren Größe greifen.

Unfortunately I did not like the sweater. A return label was supposed to be included in the package but was not.
Contacted support 6 days ago and still have not heard back. Tried again, have not heard back. Web page with support link goes to 401 not available . I am now disputing this charge. I would NOT recommend buying from this company. 8/24/26 follow up
Customer support refuses to send a return shipping label for DHL for international return even though I go to Washington DC area once a week and can easily drop it off at DHL location.

Customer support response did not not provide any instructions or addresses to ship to overseas to return the item.
Instead, Support wants to offer 30% off another item . Who would ever buy from this company again?
Its impossible to return this sweater to this company which I cannot wear as it is too itchy. I want a refund
I see a pattern from other Icewear reviews on Trust Pilot of buyers who have experienced the same lack of customer service issues.

I live in Australia and bought an Icewear jacket years ago when I visited Iceland. It blew away when I put it down when on the top deck of a cruise ship. I was so grieved as it was my favorite jacket. I liked everything about it. The style, fabric, colour, comfort. Fortunately I was able to order another on line & it took less than a week to arrive. Its still my favorite jacket and looks as good as when it first arrived. So I thought I would order warm leggins. They arrived within a week and I like everything about them. The cut, warmth and really like the draw string at waist for the perfect fit. I bought them for my cruise to Iceland next week. Being leggins they wont blow away! Im looking forward to visiting Icewear shops with a view to buying more of their great clothes.
