IAB Arvostelua 42

These are the only shorts I wear in the gym or to run because they truly stay in place. Every now and then when I am behind on laundry and wear another pair, I'm reminded of why I love my IAB shorts. I've also had mine for about a year and a half and wash them every week - they're a little gross at the hems but I workout vigorously 4x/week.

DO NOT ORDER. Seems the company no longer exists but still has a functioning website that is still taking orders? I ordered over 3 weeks ago, tracking says unfulfilled, hasn’t even shipped. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response and they have NO PHONE NUMBER. Now I’m going to have to call my bank. Shut down your site if you are no longer in business !! 🤬

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. Quick to take your money. Takes weeks to receive a simple order. When there is a problem with the order they refuse to reply to any contact you try to make with them.

LOVE the booty shorts but their sizing is NOT congruent through all shorts variations. And the reason for the low rating is that the customer service has been inconsistent and disappointing. I paid for the shipping to have 3 of the 5 pairs (size medium in 3 different kinds of short styles) I got to be exchanged for ones that fit (1 particular style: booty). I was assured via email that if I paid for my own shipping costs to return, IAB would send me the 3 pairs of medium booty shorts in replacement. That was over 4 months ago and they have gone silent in emails. I haven’t heard back from them since I shipped my exchange order. Such a shame that they are not willing to acknowledge their sizing indiscrepancies and exchange items. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I’ve ordered from them before and loved them, back in 2020. I ordered again 06/18, and here I am on 08/24 with nothing. Emailed 2x now to customer service, no reply. I really liked them. :/

Been over 2 months and I don't have my order. Customer support has gone radio silent. At this point just give me my money back!!

I placed an order at the beginning of June and was charged for it. 2 months later I still and not received a tracking number or any updates on my order. I reached out to customer service 3 times within the 2 months with no response. I finally received a package in the mail but it was not the items I had ordered, I reached out to customer service again but no response. Would not recommend ordering from here.

I placed an order eight weeks ago, and still haven't received it. I have contacted customer support now five times. The first time I contacted them, they said they were two to three weeks behind on shipping. Cool, no big deal. Two weeks later, nothing. So, I emailed customer support, nothing. A week later, I followed up... nothing. At this point I'm about to start emailing them daily. This place is a scam. They charge your card and never send you your product.

Fraudulent company. Phone line is disconnected. They delete comments from customers on their horrible experience on their Instagram page. Ordered shorts back in mid June. Still not arrived and no way to track. Company does not respond on any platform, including email. But oh boy, they’ll still take your money. Filing fraud with my bank to dispute the order and money taken. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

It took a month and a half for my order to ship. In that time I emailed them twice, got no response, and tried calling, which was unsuccessful as their phone lines don't work. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I am in the same boat as many other on here. I ordered 4 pairs of shorts on June 4th, it’s July 16th and I have not received them, they haven’t even been shipped according to the tracking. I initially emailed the company when it had been two weeks and I hadn’t received my order. I was assured that they were going to be sent they were just running behind filling orders. No problem. Fast forward to today. It’s been over a month, I’ve tried calling, I’ve sent 4 additional emails and cannot get ahold of anyone. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I have family that has ordered from them in the past and they have had no issues. So I put in an order on the 7th of June. I had not been giving shipping details by the next week so I checked the website and it said to simply email them and someone would get back to me. Ten days after sending the original email I still hadn’t heard from them. I have since sent two more and have heard nothing. Now their telephone line is disconnected. I will be filing fraud with my bank.

I received my first two orders, after the first I contacted them that the nonslip silicone grip gave me a rash and they assured me my next order would not have it. the next order did. when I contacted them again they said I could return it and the next one would not have the silicone. since then I have received another email saying an order processed but never received shipping information, or the product. they have stopped responding to my emails like they had before.

I've ordered from them in the past with no issues. Now, like many others, have waited 6 weeks for an order with no response to emails and now their customer service telephone line (which previously went to a canned message) is DISCONNECTED. Do not order from them. They have stolen our money.

Ordered first week of June. It's now mid July. They refuse to answer my emails about my shipping status. Website shows my items still haven't shipped. Customer service is never available to take my call. Horrible fulfillment. So upsetting.

Update 8/20/2022: still no response. They also took my comments of their Facebook post. Actually they made it so that no one can comment on their Facebook and Instagram post. It's a shame because their website is still up and running.

I ordered shorts 13 days ago. The money was removed from my account immediately, yet the shorts have not shipped despite me paying for 3-5 day shipping.

Love the subscription! I got a free short in order to sign up to their shorts club. I loved them and I ended up with so many of them. Love the surprise patterns! I had to cancel bc hubby wasn't happy with the amount of shorts I have, LOL

These shorts are everything! I just got into mountain biking, these are the ONLY shorts that won’t ride up and cause me to keep tugging. The fabric is soft and the no ride band is comfortable! I will keep buying these and maybe even subscribe since I love them so much!

I literally could not love my IAB products more - I have tried both the leggings subscription and the compression shorts and have not had a single fit issue. The fabric is incredibly soft and they are super supportive during workouts!

This company is such a piece of garbage, spent over $100 on 4 shorts and a pair of leggings. never got them and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do ( they did offer me a pathetic 10 dollar coupon on my next purchase) no refund, no 2nd order. BEWARE OF THEM!!!! I'm out the product and the money!!!!!

I commented on their adds on Facebook, they have since deleted them and made them unable to be commented on.
I will be going to every place I can review, including all social media, mom pages and workout pages etc so everyone knows how awful of a company they are!!!
