Your engineer arrived on time. Was respectful of my home. Kept me informed during the visit of the work that he was undertaking. Kept any inconvenience to a minimum.

It took to long to get anything done and when they turn up they have no idea what they are doing they pointed outside the brick wall and miss some the only one that was good was the last mould wash that I had done it would be good if they had their names on their uniform cause some of them won't give you their names and it sound rude when you say ok mate I

I was really impressed with how quickly I was able to book the appointment, and even more pleased that it was on a day that suited me perfectly. The young man who came to do the repair was brilliant—he found the faulty part straight away and immediately arranged a follow‑up visit to fix it.

He arrived on time, worked neatly and efficiently, and made sure everything was left tidy. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and the care he put into the job. It made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.

Worker was very helpful and friendly.

As I wasn't at home, the contractor called me before arrival, when he arrived, I spoke to him through my son calling me. At the end of his visit, he called me back to inform mr of his findings and the work which he carried out. Very, very good Customer Service

Repair was done to a very high standard

Very happy with the work done and speed in which it was undertaken

Nightmare I have the WORST Neighbours they are SO noisy I’ve been complaining for 2 years ! My phone has the worse mic so it’s not recording properly. They have done NOTHING TO HELP! Nothing!

So my rent is going up to 311 a week for a 3 bedroom it’s so high that I have to move out how can anyone afford this and how does it’s make sense that another Hyde person that lives in a different area and has a 3 bedroom house with Hyde rent is 177 a week

The workman that was so nice friendly and polite, he sorted out the problem straight away check it all and said if I had any further problem to Hyde and get them out again.

From when I was reported to someone coming to look at it and saying it needed doing and getting it done was very fast person that came to fix the windows did a great job i can't fault any thing thank you very much
