I ordered and paid for a Hungarian motorway vignette through their website. However, it appears that the vignette was either not issued as ordered or not properly registered for my vehicle. As a result, I later received significant fines for allegedly driving without a valid vignette.
What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of customer service. I have tried several times to contact the company by phone and email to clarify the issue, but my requests have simply been ignored.
I paid for the service and had every reason to believe that I was driving with a valid vignette – that is exactly why you use and pay for such a service in the first place.
Based on my experience, I can only say: stay away. This company does not appear trustworthy or reliable to me.
In the future, I will only purchase Hungarian motorway vignettes directly from the official Hungarian provider or from a clearly authorized reseller.
