I received some clothing I was just not happy with when I tried to return the items the post office wouldn't except the return labels because they were printed so light. The labels looked like someone didn't change the ink cartridges. This isn't the first time I've noticed the labels printed lightly. I called customer service and requested new labels and two weeks later no labels. After talking to a customer service representative who made this right for me so I won't have to pay for these items because of the 30 day policy my attitude is a little better, but this will make me reevaluate my dealings with the company in the future. This is not a negative on the customer service representative I talked to today (very understanding) but the company (you should know better).

Creo que ya se ha convertido en una estafa deliberada, estoy haciendo un pedido madre mía, el nuevo magnesio que como trae menos cantidad tienes que tomar 3 pastillas 9 euros duración para 40 días, el de antes 15 euros para 120 días. ES DECIR LO HABEIS SUBIDO AL DOBLE, solo tiene un nombre : ESTAFADORES!!! Es que lo han subido un 100% es flipante...

I received an email from HSN telling me that I have an offer for a $10.00 discount with a purchase of $20 or more. "Use as many times as you want". HSN also had a promotion free shipping which is a rareity.

I wanted to take advantage of the offer to order two items. The items are Diamond Press embossing folders. One is 5.5 x 7.5" 6 pack for $22.95, the other is 3 x 4" 8 pack for the same price. They have been out of stock forever. I saw that the items were back in stock. I wanted to order the two sets. I tried to place my order and the system wouldn't give me the discoount.

Just to be sure that I didn't misread what the email said that was sent to me I called HSN. I talked to a very nice young man named Robert. He asksed me for the code which I read off of the email. He tried to help me and his system wouldn't give me the discount either.

Robert put me on hold to go and speak to his supervisor. He came back and told me that HSN did not register the code I received and that's why it didn't work. I said maybe it was a scam but he said I had the right code. Because the code wasn't registered his supervisor said he can honor "the" $10.00 for one item of $20.00 or more.

I mentioned that the email said I could use it as many times as I wanted. I told him what day and time I received it.

Robert couldn't do anything about honoring the discount for more than one item. I told him that If that's the case I am not interested in placing my order. He said he understood and appologized. I told Robert that I understand it's not his fault and told him that I appreciated his help.

If you people out there are HSN shoppers just make sure to call and talk to an agent to double check their offers. I almost never shop on HSN because their prices are higher and they charge for shipping and charge for returns. It just so happened that the other day they had a free shipping promotion.

What's the point in sending me an email with an offer I couldn't refuse and not honoring it?

Placed an order. Box sat at Jacksonville UPS hub for 4 days. Tracking stated there was a delay. Yeah, right. That's what they always say. Never a reason. Just a delay.
Next thing I know, HSN sent me an email stating they have my return. How could I return something that I never received? Then, the refund was about $18 short. Turns out, they didn't refund original shipping, and also charged me for an easy return label that I didn't ask for because I was not the one who returned it, since I never got it. This whole thing just made no sense. I did finally get it straightened out, but the customer service person was not very nice and possibly incompetent, since she had to apologize for messing up my refund at first. She had a bit of an attitude as well, but you know damn well if it happened to her, she would do the same as me. Anyway...NEVER SHOP AT HSN. They don't know what the hell they are doing.

Lo peor. hace unos meses tuve problema con la entrega de una proteinas, no me llegaron nunca y tuve que estar enviando decenas de emails para solucionar y que me devolvieran mi dinero. Tardaron la vida. Decidi no comprarles más, hasta que semana pasada he decicido darles una segunda oportunidad y nuevamente el mismo problema. Ponen que se se me ha entrgado y aqui no vino ni dios. largas espera a que contesten los emails, no tienen un telefono de contacto para clientes y nuevamente estaré semanas o meses para que me solucionen. Jamás, jamás volveré a comprarles nada y no recomiendo a nadie.

Malísima, horrible con los envíos. No llegan o llegan tarde. No tienen teléfono de contacto. Si desistes de la compra porque no llega el producto, te cobran una parte.

Worst place EVER! They closed my account 8-10 years ago because they said I made too many returns! UMMM…..HELLOOOOO….When you purchase online you can bet you’re going to be returning things. Not my fault they mislead customers on their “crap”. Now this many years later they want me to MAIL THEM A LETTER requesting they re-open my account. HAHAHA NOT ON YOUR LIFE!! BUH BUH HSN. Absolutely ridiculous

Je n ai pas reçu ma livraison depuis 1 mois.
Après multiples relances on me demande de remplir une attestation sur l honneur en indiquant le numéro de commande que je n'ai pas.
La situation est bloquée et impossible d obtenir un remboursement.
Je ne commande plus sur ce site malhonnête

Creo que no he encontrado una web que vaya peor que esta, llevo 1 hora intentando realizar un pedido y la web sigue sin funcionar, desastroso

Engañan con la web. Bajon de calidad.
Los productos estan tapados por pestañas, y no se ve el peso, ni la cantidad, ni otras caracteristicas.

O hay intencion de engaño o es que no saben hacer las cosas.
Estan de caida y si siguen llegaran al fracaso total.

I have been shopping on HSN for over 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences; I have ordered a lot. They have great customer service and return policy. Have I kept everything I ordered? No. I don't mind paying the small return fee because if I had to go out shopping and to the mall and spend a day to find a few items that is a lot of time for me and I don't particularly enjoy it so I am happy to pay for the convenience.

Servicio postventa horrible por no decir ninguno. La proteína está en malas condiciones y sabe mal, pero como ya tira el envase no se responsabilizan. Yo me pregunto si piensan que me aburro y el es contacto para que me devuelvan el dinero pero no es así lo hago porque realmente he estado vomitando el producto. Ojo con lo que compráis porque veo que hay muchas opiniones con las mismas causas y no devuelven el dinero

I ordered two rolls of 2026 dimes with the new design. It’s been over a month. I have heard nothing. I’ve tried to call several times only to find myself on hold for 30 minutes even tried to call back. They never called back. I feel this is a scam. They are very quickly to sell you items, but do not want to ship them to you or refund money when needed. Luckily I have Discover. I will be contacting them to cancel the payment and reimburse my money.

Elsysia Wren is one host who touches her b*** inappropriately when talking about clothes. I saw her touch her N****** live. There is a way to sell clothes without selling touching your b*** inappropriately.

After I ordered a watch the next day they sent an email stating you haven't completed your purchase! So I went back and completed the order. This happened 3xs and I ended up with 3 watches! They are cheap and not what I expected. I ate the price on 1 and decided to give it as a gag gift but when I went to return the other 2....I had to PAY shipping because they (HSN) claims they come from the seller (?) And the label for returning them will not work!
HOWEVER the definitely were shipped by HSN! THE COST TO SHIP BACK IS MORE THAN HALF THE COST OF THE WATCH WITH NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE CREDITED BACK!!!
VERY POOR SERVICE!
IWILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

El servicio postventa no responde a productos en mal estado.
No tiene un teléfono de reclamaciones.
Si tienes suerte y todo va bien..... perfecto, pero si no.....te quedas tirado y dinero a la basura.
Hay otras alternativas de venta.
Adiós HSN.

Le pongo una estrella porque no hay menos, hace unos meses tuve problemas con ellos con su certificación de lotes creapure y me ningunearon, está vez les decidí dar una nueva oportunidad a través del marketplace de Amazon y en esta ocasión la logística y la atención al cliente ha sido nefasta, me han tratado de manera condescendiente aún demostrando que todos los hechos que les planteaba eran ciertos, actúan como si les sobrasen los clientes y no les importa tratarte como a una m, en fin , al final cuando su cuenta de resultados merme se darán cuenta y quizá sea demasiado tarde y su competencia les hará echar la persiana, yo desdé luego no recomiendo ni sus productos ni su logística y menos su atención al cliente.

El servicio de atención al cliente necesita mejorar muchísimo. A mí no me daban información de mi pedido, y cuando me la han facilitado ya estaba devuelto. Esto fue hace un mes, y aún no lo han reembolsado. Muy mala gestión.

This is why QVC/HSN is going bankrupt. I was looking for a vacuum and found one on HSN that I thought was different from ones at other stores because it was a different color and you don't put model #s on your site. Turns out it was the same vacuum but, you had it for $20 more. I did have a $10 coupon and used it but later figured out I could have gotten it today for another $21 cheaper as I also had a coupon at the other store and wouldn't have had to wait a week for shipping. I called but they refused to cancel or give me a discount that would price match even though there was a coupon today for 20% off. Very disappointed. Just checked and it's been sitting in packaging for 4 days but they couldn't cancel it???
