I had my adult ADHD assessment with Ali Taufeeq at Harley Street Mental Health and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Ali was exceptionally supportive, professional, and genuinely understanding. Navigating an ADHD assessment can feel overwhelming, but Ali immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen thoroughly, validated my lifelong experiences, and walked me through the diagnostic process with immense empathy and expertise.

Receiving my ADHD diagnosis with such a compassionate clinician has been life-changing and given me total clarity on my next steps. If you are looking for a clinician who is expert, patient, and truly cares about his patients, I cannot recommend Ali Taufeeq and the team at Harley Street Mental Health enough.

I had an assessment for autism and adhd.
I was very nervous and anxious beforehand, but Megan Steele was so patient, kind, and gentle in her tone of voice. This really reassured me and made me feel at ease. I had my autism assessment first and when it was time to book my adhd assessment I made sure I had her as my clinician. I really felt good about the assessment and how o was treated. She reassured me throughout and let me know I can have as many breaks as I need. An excellent service, I felt like I was treated as a real human being with emotions and feelings. I would recommend this medical centre but specifically Megan Steele, to anyone who need help from this service.

I came in search of an ADHD diagnosis due to lifelong struggles. I was formally diagnosed by Dr Sijjad Ijaz who was fantastic from start to finish.

I was quite nervous prior to my online meeting with Dr Sijjad Ijaz, however within 30 seconds his personable approach instantly put me at ease.

This was my first assessment of any sort which was conducted by Dr Sijjad Ijaz. He explained all the steps in detail and I felt I could be open with him without being judged. Really well mannered and polite throughout the whole conversation and explained any questions which I didn’t quite understand the first time. He also answered any extra questions I had and clearly outlined what the next steps we could take. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone interested.

Dr Sijjad Ijaz was great throughout my assessment and made an anxiety inducing experience feel much more relaxed. Would highly recommend!!!

I was referred to this company through the right to choose from my mental health doctor as I have been experiencing emotional dysregulation for a while. I wasn’t sure how the assessment would go and thought I was wasting everyone’s time however I met with the lovely assessor Megan Steele and I have to say she make me feel completely comfortable, she explained thing clear and helps me connect the markers she had identified. She was that good that I changed my second assessment to be with her again. She allowed me time and space and made me feel seen and heard. I would 1000% recommend her. She even allowed me time to process what had been said and allowed me to send follow up questions after our assessment which I did and the clarity she gave me was freeing.

I was recently assessed for ADHD by Dr Sijjad Ijaz, and I found him to be very helpful, easy to speak to, and thorough throughout the assessment. I also really appreciated that he highlighted some of the strengths that can come with ADHD, rather than focusing solely on the challenges. Overall it was a very positive experience :))
