Order no 593115699 which arrived in damaged and open box.The box was made of flimsy cardboard not secure.The items inside were only wrapped in brown paper so no protection whatsoever and the seal on the shampoo was slightly open.This was intended as a birthday gift but I've had to return, which I did immediately and now have to wait until it arrives at the warehouse which I was told they don't know how long this will take as dependant on courier for my refund.More expensive items should be much better wrapped to avoid inevitable damage in transit.So I'm left out of pocket with nothing to show for it which is unacceptable when the responsibility lies with the retailer.First and last time buying here

My goodness! Unbelievable horrible service from Amber on the chats! Very rude and would not help, insisting on my providing more personal details on the open web in addition to my Order number, Post code, email address, and a picture of the delivery box showing my full postal address (which I chose not to type out on the chats as unsafe)!

Avoid this company. Took them over a week to send an invoice.
Because of that I decided to return the items, the portal does not let me return the items so messages them and they have raised an internal review for over a week now. Still not able to return, I dont get how long processing a return takes. Absolute rubbish do not buy from them
