I contacted company last week to…
I contacted company last week to complain that the product I had been sold made my skin feel tight and taught. I was asked to provide the necessary information which I did.
No further response.
Contacted again today and they are asking for the same information I submitted last week.
Obviously stalling.
I wouldn’t recommend
Update: company gave me a refund after I contacted trust pilot. Thank you hq !
