Sent into the ozone
I kept trying to reserve a room near Rochester, NY, and Hotels.com kept showing me and trying to book me some place in Michigan. I finally gave up and booked myself. This is the second trip where I tried to go one place and Hotels.com kept sending me somewhere else. Frustrating!

Accidentally booked a room on the wrong…
Accidentally booked a room on the wrong date because I wanted to extend my original stay. Also opted in on the protection plan an extra $10. So I was told I had to pay another $375 to stay the extra night because I accidentally booked on the wrong date. It was literally noticed as soon as I made the mistake and they still made me pay another $375. Also refused to refund me even though I bought the protection plan. Never again will I use this website comeplete scam.
