Disappointing!
Jason turned up and I said I wanted two fence panels replaced with the concrete base ie. the same as the existing four panels. He came back with the fence panels but said the concrete bases were out of stock. He said he could put the panels up but I’d need to make another booking for the bases to be put in. I’ve rung Horsham Handyman 4 times and I’ve not received a call back!

Very surprised to see this. When you called in July this year, you requested:

We arrived within a few days and guess what - we:

We did exactly as you requested. If you had mentioned about the concrete panel gravel boards at the time of your enquiry, we would have done those as well (sourced elsewhere), but you didn't!
Hopefully you will appreciate, that we might not have been able to fulfill your new request, due to holidays and being fully booked, etc.
Something else for you to also bear in mind, is that just because you left voicemails, it doesn't mean we'll always receive them, due to bad reception areas, etc.
However, more importantly, if you call up for any job to be done, it DOES say VERY clearly on the answering message, that if we can help, we will call back - most people would naturally assume that if they weren't called back, then we can't help.
Sorry that our very simple system was not right for you, but with over 7,000 happy customers over 16 years, we do wish you well.
