I was helped by a lady called Jenny. She was very helpful today. I was looking a flight in December and she helped me to get a better deal by communicating with me changing dates around for me to get a better deal. I had so many questions to ask and she took her time answering and explaining everything I needed to know over the phone and by email. I'm so pleased with the service. Thank you Jenny 😊
