I made a mistake when ordering and popped in my old address. I quickly emailed the company to try and ammend this, I really appreciated that the company sends an automated reminder to add the order number. I had sent the email fairly late at night and I heard back from them first thing in the morning saying that they are going to try and fix it and not even an hour later I heard from Danielle that my order had been fixed. I am so grateful to Danielle and the company for helping me out, and getting back to me so so fast! I have never been put at ease faster and it makes me 100% more sure that I will be ordering from here again! Thank you Dani and Team, you are amazing!!!!

Quality dropped massively. They sell cheap items and the designs are not good anymore. I was buying a lot from them before but now it is over unfortunately.

Ordered 3 items from Honey Birdette. No padding i so the items were haphazardly in a plastic bag and a tossed in the larger shipping box, rather than in the original duster bags etc. Returned the items a day later...subsequently got an email from the HB that the returned items were processed. A week later received the items back at my home and had no idea why (no communication or info in the box). After several email and intense research HB notified me that "after carefully reviewing your items, we noticed that the items do not meet their return requirements, as it is showing signs of wear. Regretfully, this means the items will be returned back to me."

I swear I did not wear or try any of items and will dispute with my bank card and MOST OF ALL...NEVER BUY Honey Birdette AGAIN!!

I've purchased 5 sets from honey birdette but what i like to repurchase are their stockings. I've had a set for 4 years. When I went into their Cairns store as I was on holiday, I purchased 4 sets. Unfortunately, when first putting on 2 of the 4 sets, both got holes as I was putting them on. I reached out to customer service and they told me I needed to go in store. Unfortunately, a store is an hour away and it is not possible. Compared my old set to my new and the new def feels either cheap or perhaps really old stock. Unhappy with outcome.

Also der Kundenservice ist wirklich lächerlich. Ich streite mich seit 6 Wochen darum, dass sie mir bestellte Geschenkboxen schicken. Ich hatte 3 bestellt, da ich 3 Geschenke gekauft habe. Klingt wild? Für honey birdette wohl schon. Vor dem Versand wurde mir einfach für 2 Boxen das Geld erstattet. Aha OK. Dann kam die Lieferung ohne Geschenkbox an. Top! Daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nach bisschen hin und her hieß es ich bekomme die 3 Boxen zugeschickt, da es ja auch 3 Geschenke sein sollten. Ja ok, toll dachte ich mir. 4 Wochen später (OK ich habe das Thema echt vergessen) dachte ich mir - hoppla - da kam ja garnichts. Dann habe ich dem Kundenservice wieder geschrieben, sagen sie mir ja die bekomme ich nicht, dass hätte der GM oder so entschieden. Nur eine Geschenkbox pro Bestellung. HÄÄ? Dann sollten sie das auch hinschreiben, dass nur eine pro Bestellung erlaubt ist. LOL sind die aus Gold oder was. Sie beharren sogar drauf, dass ich eine bekommen hätte und erdreisten sich sogar zu behaupten ich soll doch nicht "so blöd" sein und schauen, weil das direkt in der Box verschickt wird. Jetzt musste ich im Müll den grossen schwarzen Luftpolsterumschlag raussuchen, weil die einen Beweis haben wollten, dass dem nicht so ist. Wahnsinn. Das Ding kostet 2,50 Euro und die machen hier einen Aufriss. Will gar nicht wissen, wie das ist, wenn mal was an der Ware nicht stimmt. Oder zurückschicken will... setzen 6 ehrlich. Mal sehen ob diese Box dann doch mal kommt...

Ich habe dann am 6.11.25 nochmal eine Email an HB gesendet, auf die sie dann nicht mal mehr reagiert haben. Die Geschenkbox kam dann heute an. 2 Monate nach erster Mangelmeldung. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Kompensation. Für einen angeblichen Premiumhersteller eine Frechheit. Vielen Dank für diese "Erfahrung".

Amazing support!
I got the sizing wrong on a relatively large order for my wife during their big end of season sale, and didn't find out until the whole package arrived. Support helped return or replace my entire order, nearly immediately, including shipping. They were patient and worked with me on exact size replacements for this complex order, and we ended up getting (most) of what we had originally requested. Very pleasant experience and we love all of the pieces. The quality was very high and I hope we get many evenings out of these sets of beautiful lingirie.

J'ai eu une tres bonne experience avec le service client. J'ai commandé un soutien gorge qui n'etait pas à la bonne taille et je l'ai renvoyé pour echange. Parcel went missing had a huge stressful day fighting AUS Post finally contact Honey Birdette not expecting anything and omg I cried they sent me a replacement and was so kind they validated my feelings Maya omg she was an absolute angel so quick and polite and really made my day 1000x better I really love honey birdette but this further reminded me why

the quality of Whitney thongs are terrible!
both thongs i bought have torn in the same place, I contacted HB and sent in photos, however they refuse to admit a fault nor assist with a refund or replacement. I simply had to buy more of the same colour :(
I will not be buying any more.

i have ordered from honey birdette a few times but this will be the last. i ordered latex stockings and they’ve arrived FILTHY. which when i tried to refund a item that too them they said it had a “mark” on so they didn’t refund me so it’s rich coming from them as now my most recent purchase has arrived disgustingly filthy! keeping in mind the item they wouldn’t refund absolutely did not have a mark on it so don’t princess form them if you ever want a refund. the sizing is completely unreliable xs can be extremely big sometimes and fit me at other times. AVOID

Do not, under any circumstance, order from this company. I ordered a bra and a matching pair of panties, but I had to return them because the bra fit so poorly. The company rejected my return without a reason documented in the email. When I pushed for clarification, they sent me five photos showing a bra and panty set that were clearly not the ones I returned. The bra had deodorant stains and heavy wear marks all over it, and the panties had what looked like paint on the fabric. To be clear, none of the photos showed a readable tag, meaning they did not demonstrate that the items photographed were the ones I returned or were even new. Here’s the thing, the panties were never unwrapped. When the bra didn’t fit, I put it back in the plastic, put it into a mail bag along with the panties - which were still wrapped in the original plastic - and shipped them back to the company. They clearly used photos of other items to justify rejecting the return. I submitted a fraud claim to my credit card for the charge. Luckily THAT company is honest.

I've been a customer for years and in turn,know the store staff well.They are an asset to you.Ive 40+ sets of yours, which speaks for itself right :).
Hoping some rewards will come from this, like loyalty scheme. This week got a feeling a new set ....I have a relationship with "Whitney"

I experienced a manufacturing fault with one of my items. I reached out to customer support via the online chat portal and Danielle was extremely helpful. She emailed me following our conversation to request a couple of photos and within 24 hours she had arranged a replacement item to be sent to me without me having to lift a finger. Such great support and definitely shows HB’s care for their customers. Thanks Danielle!

Joshepine was helping me out. She was very Nice and helpful. She had te right ideas and helpt me out with canceling my returns en ordered the right size! 10 out of 10! LOVE HB!!

I ordered something for a special occasion, but unfortunately the size was wrong and I did not have time to exchange it through the usual channels. I contacted the customer service team and they helped me within an hour! The correct sizes arrived the very next day, just in time for my date, and I could not be happier. I have never experienced such an attentive customer service team – special thanks to Sasha.
