Absolutely first class!
I found the Kudos shower screen / door on the Home Supply website and the price was the lowest I’d seen.
I hadn’t heard of the company but placed the order.
I got a phone call the same day to arrange a delivery date which was the next day (free delivery).
The item was delivered with care and left where I’d asked.
The item was received in first class condition
I can’t recommend this company enough.
I will use again and recommend to anyone I know that is planning a home project.

I recently ordered a 400 x 2000 radiator and was impressed by the exceptional service from start to finish. After placing the order on Friday, I received a call on Monday from the supplier to confirm delivery details and ensure easy access to the premises. The radiator was delivered by 10:00 am on Tuesday, well within the promised time frame.
The item was really well packed, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. I also ordered additional parts, and everything arrived as expected. Overall, I’m very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this supplier for their reliable service and efficient delivery.

Damaged vanity unit replaced within 24 hours
We received our vanity unit within the quoted timeframe of 3 – 5 days. Externally it appeared well packed with no visible damage. On opening the top of the box, we could see it was damaged in two places giving us the impression the manufacturer had dispatched a previous customer return.
We followed Home Supply T&Cs reporting the damage straight away by email supported with photographs. I then rang getting through immediately and spoke to Mollie whose service was frankly incredible.
Within 2 and a half hours of speaking, Mollie emailed us to say that a replacement unit had been dispatched which we received by 10.30 the next day.
Mollie turned a frustrating and stressful situation into textbook customer service. This is the second time I have shopped with Home Supply and will not be the last, I could not recommend them highly enough.
