Great service from the guys delivering our winter smokeless fuel. They brought truck to rear of house and carried the bags into the garage where they stacked it up for us.
Good communication from the company and delivery guys, although the app didn't seem to work, showing the vehicle still being miles away when they were actually on site.
Good price and this smokeless fuel burns nicely, leaving little residue.

Product is excellent, delivery is spot on and the driver was very courteous and helping in putting the bags where I wanted. 10/10

This is the only place I ever get our logs from. The delivery is always exactly when they say it will be and the drivers are always very helpful. The quality of the logs is second to none and for this reason we will continue to use this wonderful company.

We were very impressed by the delivery. We are off road in a Forest, with access by unpaved road, but with a hard surface, used regularly by timber trucks. Despite getting the wrong delivery information, the driver was unfazed by it, or by the access, and was very helpful with the unloading process. We enjoyed the delivery experience.
