Good delivery service. BUT

Good delivery service, not happy about my last two transaction’s, my last two payments were taken by the credit card I paid with last time, I add - without my permission, I complained to their office and they said it was not taken by them - but others, my view is that in this day and age of scams and addresses, and details been stolen they should be more thorough with other linked companies offering discounts on their behalf etc,

Highly Recommend

I have used Homefire a few times now. Great product and competitive prices. Fast delivery. The drivers are always really helpful they put the heat logs into my outbuilding for me. Would highly recommend!

Have been using Homefire for many years…

Have been using Homefire for many years without reason to complain but rather to have good impressions reinforced. Prices are generally competititve but the real key to the good experience with Homefire is the excellent Customer Service eclipsed only by the outstanding service from the delivery team.
