I’ve been a Home Credit customer for many years, and I can honestly say that their products and financial offers have been a great help to me over the years. While it’s understandable that they occasionally call or send text reminders before the payment due date, which is perfectly fine, I truly appreciate the assistance and convenience they provide.

Overall, Home Credit has been a big help to me, and I’m grateful for their services! ❤️

I had a smooth loan experience. I purchased an electric fan for the hottest summer ever. Within minutes, i was approved and guided by the HC guy, run me through the basics of the app.

If you want to improve your service, you need to provide better transparency and customer access. Do not terminate accounts immediately when you claim there’s still a balance — customers should always have access to their full payment history and final statement of account. Inform clients right away if there are issues instead of waiting months. Also, make it easier for customers to prove payments by keeping receipts and records accessible in the app even after an account is closed. A more reliable system and clearer communication will prevent frustration and loss of trust.

They are sending men riding in tandems almost every day just to collect debts as a tactic and intimidation to scare their customers to pay for their debts,I loaned for a phone but it didn't last and it didn't work the way as I expected and has a lot of issues when it comes to calling ,camera isn't even worth it,it's not clear yet those collectors are so rude they even send people who is riding in tandems just to scare us almost everyday,once they are at your house someone is on the phone talking to them instructing,stay away fr this company, otherwise they will make your life miserable

Their customer service sucks, annoying, repeating, and keeps calling more than 1/day. It also distracts specially when I am sleeping. My job is during night time and i sleep during day time. Even if you already answer the first time they call that still won't suffice and they will keep calling you everyday and not just 1 call but too many calls. And it is already disturbing and annoying.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HOME CREDIT! i would never ever recommend to use home credit. they call you for reminder calls and call you a lot. Most times the callers are even rude they treat you as if you have overdue for many months. i was overdue for like a week and they call and force me to promise payment on that day or the next day. and to think the interest is extremely high plus they also have high penalties for late payments and the callers treat you like crap and can be very rude. The harassment is just not worth it. It is very stressful. I would never wish it on anyone, just by getting the loan you are already paying extremely high interests and then get harassed with the very rude callers. IT IS JUST NOT WORTH IT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Home Credit Philippines has one of the worst debt collection practices I have ever encountered. Instead of treating their customers with respect, they resort to threats, intimidation, and public shaming. Borrowers are harassed with nonstop calls regardless of the time or day, with agents even threatening to report them to authorities, post their photos on social media, and shame them in public.

Their lending practices are equally deceptive. They encourage customers to pay their loans in advance, only for them to later deny requalification for another loan—a clear bait-and-switch tactic. Meanwhile, they aggressively push additional loan offers to consumers who haven’t even finished their existing loans, trapping them in a cycle of debt and financial distress.

These unethical strategies not only violate consumer protection laws but also severely impact the mental health of their customers. The stress, anxiety, and pressure they create are inexcusable. Their practices may be in violation of Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, Series of 2019, and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), which prohibit excessive collection harassment, unfair lending schemes, and unauthorized disclosure of personal data.

I strongly advise against dealing with Home Credit Philippines. Their tactics are predatory, manipulative, and harmful to consumers who simply need financial assistance, not harassment and exploitation.
