Homebase - Tunbridge Wells Arvostelua 

Had to wait for someone to be available at the help desk. Till staff not engaged.

Saw 2 lockers that I could have collected it from. Use these all the time for returns.

The staff here are great, no airs and graces and literally were diggingcthrough old stock to help me. Top guys. Deserve a bonus all round. Especially George.

Lovely staff helped me cut wood trim in half so it wasn't too long to take it on the bus home! Always get excellent, friendly service at the TW branch.

I ordered a lawnmower for click and collect, website stated 5 in stock. I paid for it alongside other items to receive a call 2hrs later stating that there had been an error and that there were actually none in stock.

When I went to the store to collect my other items there was the lawnmower I had purchased but it was a display unit, store would not let me take that one so they refunded me staying that it would take 3 to 5 working days for the refund.

£150 down and no alternate funds to pay for a lawnmower until it clears, I'm now spending the Bank Holiday with long grass and an empty wallet!

Ordering was easy. The discount was automatically applied. The member of staff grabbed the heavy items and took them all the way to my car.

Managed to get everything I went in for , the secateurs had a red thing stopping me from taking it off so a member of staff kindly helped me . also the lady at the till asked if I needed a hand to the car with my compost and called a young chap to help me to my car

Firstly your stock range has improved and I found what I needed.
One thing I could not find but Sue advised me to see the outdoors garden area where the staff found the item for me. So very pleased.
Finally I mentioned to Sue that I really wanted to repair an item I had and she gave me a good suggestion.

Unfortunately East Grinstead did not have stock of the item, so I had to go to Tunbridge Wells. The service there was great.

Easy and quick to pick up and better than Amazon!

In 2022 I purchased a Flymo hover mower from Homebase Tunbridge Wells.

At the time of purchase I registered the mower with Flymo.com/ register for the 2 year warranty as per the leaflet which came with the mower

My mower has stopped working & is only 18 months old therefore should be covered by the 2 year warranty

Contacting Flymo has been impossible as the tel no 0344 844 4558 is not recognised unless ringing from the Store. Clearly Flymo have blocked all numbers except stores. So I called the above number from Homebase Tunbridge Wells & selected option 4 for warranty enquiries however there was no answer despite holding on for over 25 minutes

Clearly Flymo are deceiving customers as I’ve not been able to claim my 2 year warranty.

Why are Homebase failing to address this serious issue with Flymo?

I feel badly let down

Ordered Kiln Dried Sand that was completely wet. Click and collect so travelled in to pick up to find all the stock available was the same and the store advised that all Kiln Dried sand is stored outside so none of their stock was in fact dried. They didn’t think this was a problem! Wasted journey. Not impressed!

Was very impressed as text received from Hombase my order was ready for collection from10am same date.

Ordering process was clear, advised ready for Click & Collect, and they were. Too easy.

Very happy with the service from ordering ti paying. Also amazed by the friendliness of the staff. It is a completely different company to the one I knew five or more years ago.
