Homebase - Rayleigh Weir Arvostelua 

Parcel was missing have phoned 4 times each time given a different story was now told on Thursday I have to continue waiting u til delivery people contact homepage who will at sometime contact me the parcel has been overdue nearly 2 weeks the treatment I have received has been lots of different stories from being told its on way then will be with you last Tuesday to now wait for call will think twice about buying from homebase again

I phone up to enquire about paint being made up. Answered the phone super fast and was so helpful. Popped in later today and got it made up. Some of the best customer service I have had. I special shout out to Kimbo my cashier, she was so lovely and friendly. I would highly recommend and look forward to going back into store.

Process was fine and easy but the fixtures were all missing from the item.

Shop called and rectified and had the fixtures ready for me to collect. Lovely staff & very helpful despite the minor inconvenience

Had what was needed at a competitive price and delivered safely and securely on the date agreed

Mark and Jessica at the Rayleigh Weir store were extremely helpful with our storage needs in store today. All done with good humour and practical guidance. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service and we will definitely be back! B&Q who?! Homebase all the way!

Amazing service from all of the staff at this store. Gavin & Mark in particular were so helpful and really went out of their way to assist me getting a rather large item in the car.

Product wasn't in stock at the store both times I went in, so I had to pay six pounds to have it delivered.
The store is a mess and many things are broken.

Can honestly say, the staff in this store are always helpful and none more so than today. Mark & Gavin in the paint section went above and beyond on Saturday afternoon. What helpful, happy gentlemen they are.

Helpful in the garden centre a lady answered our questions and was informative about when plants might be available.
Was made aware by Jessica at the tills that there was an offer on the paint that we were buying, also she had a very friendly demeanour.

Jessica was amazingly helpful. I was buying a tin of paint and she let me know that the second one was half price, so I may as well purchase just in case I need it, but could return if I didn’t need.

I needed a few doors and panels for a discontinued kitchen range. Ian at the Rayleigh store sorted them out for me. He also searched all stores for the last few items and found them. Very quick, efficient and friendly service
