Teresa was incredibly helpful

Teresa was incredibly helpful, attentive and personable individual she is a credit to your organisation. I'm not sure we would have made the purchase had she not gone the extra mile to help us. When we arrived the pot that we bought was ready for us on a trolley.

This is a really good Homebase very friendly people that work there ,especially Theresa she makes the place feel like home.She very informative about the products which help me purchase the correct ones. amazing lady

Extremely happy with the services…

Extremely happy with the services provided by suzett wiggin !she was so helpful and patient with my requirements. The end result after the units installed was very satisfying
and was delighted with her design and arrangements. Will be back for further purchases in the future.

Helpful and friendly

Straight in asked if I wanted any help! Then at rolls the lady was lovely really friendly smiley and chatty makes such a difference! (Theresa, was the ladies name)

Excellent service

Had a really good experience today in Homebase Oldbury- big thank you to Teresa who was very helpful and personable. She gave me good advice - she was so helpful and accommodating. Thanks to her my bathroom is painted and finished. If you give staff rewards for good service then she definitely deserves one. She is a real asset to the company

Very helpful member of staff

Theresa served us and was very knowledgable about the plants we were buying. Gave me some fab advise and I went away feeling very pleased with the plants I’d bought as I’d felt a bit nervous buying the plants and choosing the rights ones as they were for a gift.
