Amazing customer service from Nikolas and Richard who helped me load 16 rolls of turf both into my trolley and into my car.l would definitely have not been able to do this myself and were so helpful

Excellent online ordering, easy to use, in store great customer services and quick order pick up location inside the store.

Bought a garden furniture set - it looks great, was not too difficult to put together and took about a week to arrive. The day after it arrived I noticed the set was on sale in store - the manager was kind enough to refund me the difference between what I paid and the sale price. Really happy with the product and the service!

I was served by Sub who was very helpful and able to help me find everything I needed. As someone who is new to DIY and can’t put up a shelf without put up several holes in my wall, it was informative to have Sub show me different products for my needs and explain which would be my best option.

Great experience had confirmation within 30 mins items were ready to collect. Lady in customer service desk very helpful and I had the items within 5 mins of being in the store.

We went to do shopping at Homebase good thing there was 15% off all plants. We were served by Jay she was lovely. Saw us in the queue and called us over to her till to make sure we didn't have to wait any longer. She was lovely and remembered us from before when we went there. I wanted to say a big thanks to her. It's people like Jay that makes the store worth visiting. Thanks Jay.

The cooker has broken down twice, I would like to get a replacement but I now have to prove the cooker is broken. If I cannot I have to pay ten percent of what the cooker was worth so the company doesn't loose money! I didn't realise when you purchase from Homebase, they
have another company providing the cooker, if it all goes wrong you have to deal with that company plus the manufacturer. Hotpoint a massive let down. There only interested in getting your money! Staff are rude and disinterested. Never buy Hotpoint or from Homebase again.

The web and onsite computer said there was a stock of 10 items, but not that i could see. The assistant said yes must be around the back and will take a few days to put out!

Polite and friendly staff makes choosing where to shop a no brainer.
