Drew @ Hove was just brilliant!

Drew at your Hove branch was just brilliant! He was so cheerful and helpful. He mixed all my paint colours beautifully, and was efficient and professional. You are lucky to have such a lovely member of staff working on your team. Thank you!

goods were damaged when examined them…

goods were damaged when examined them when got home . now have to travel 6 miles to return.
Of course it would have been best if the staff had checked to make sure the products Homebase were selling were in fact fit for purpose. I stupidly had assumed that staff had checked .... silly me!

Hi I ordered 2 packets of tiles

Hi I ordered 2 packets of tiles. When i opened one packet the corners on 4 of the tiles were chipped and on the other packet, there was a cracked down the middle of 2 of the tiles. I have photos if you need to see them. this has left me short for tiling my bathroom
