Complete lack of staffing
I have visited Hanworth Homebase twice in the past couple of weeks and have had a really bad experience both times.
Went there last week and all I needed was to get a light switch, for some reason, the £12 light switch was locked onto the rack so I couldn't get it. I walked around the shop 6 times and could not find a single member of staff, only one person on the tills and a security guard. I would advise not locking half the products away if you aren't going to provide the staff necessary to get the products off...
Finally found someone and he was incredibly rude for no reason when I asked for help. I then had to stand at the tills for 10 minutes whilst the till staff tried to get someone over. All in all, buying a light switch took 45 minutes...
The second time I went I needed to buy a Christmas tree. My family had purchased one from the same branch a week ago, £25 for a 6-foot tree. It seems as it's getting closer to Christmas, your company is trying to scam people out of their money as the same tree was now £47. Whilst trying to find out the price (as there was no info) we had to chase around the store AGAIN, not able to find staff members. Then going through three different staff members as not one of them was able to tell me the price of a damn tree.
It's like ya'll aren't even trying to sell your products
