I needed a full sheet of MDF cutting to…

I needed a full sheet of MDF cutting to various sizes and as I understand it no one else in Dereham will do this so I had no option but to buy it from Homebase and have it cut down, the problem I have is the price they charge for a 8x6 board, it’s a complete rip off.

Girl needs retraining.

Just picked up some compost etc from Homebase in East Dereham, Norfolk. The girl on the desk ignored me when I said hello, she needs retraining in customer service. Not a big deal but worth addressing.
Trolley went everywhere.

Lighting

Unfortunately one of the glass lights shades was broken but I cannot commend Homebase staff too highly for their attitude & efficiency in supplying a replacement. They are a pleasure to deal with. The lights look lovely & are bright enough

Good quality and value

The laminate flooring is good quality and at 20% off good value.

Using clic and collect meant that I knew everything was available and saved me a wasted trip. The shop staff were very friendly.

Exchange and refund process

We had purchased the wrong sized item on line and needed to exchange for correct ones. Really efficient exchange and refund service from our local Dereham store. I was not expecting this as the purchase had been on-line.

The gentleman in the paint section was…

The gentleman in the paint section was very helpful and explained my paint options.
As a result I bought my undercoat and gloss paint.

Excellent service

Phone to say couldn’t font bucket top, and offered an alternative. On Collection correct top had been located. Excellent service
