Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Arvostelua 

Went to the Dulux paint desk and received really good friendly customer service from Rachel.

Libby was very helpful and friendly, Homebase had everything I needed and at a good price.

Went today to have a look at the hanging egg chairs and went away with one. Had great help from Rachel, James and Linda

We were served by Michelle, she was lovely. We'd been in the week before and Michelle remembered us. She was very personable, helpful and just very friendly. Definitely an asset to the store

James was eggcellent helping us pick a bbq and Michelle on desk was brilliant with her customer service always cracking jokes! Best staff at Homebase go James and Michelle ! Give them a pay rise !!!!

Came into the store today looking for a pressure washer but no idea which one to get. Leanne took me through the options, was able to answer my questions,demonstrated how the parts connected/worked & was really helpful. From that I was able to choose the right one for me. Great customer service!

So easy to click and collect. Staff at Derby wyvern store are very polite and helpful. Collected items without a wait. Would recommend click and collect.

Did everything as expected. Messages on time and picked up when ready.

Walked not knowing where the thing I was looking for was and Michelle stopped and asked and directed me to them. Squirrel proof bird feeder. Greedy things are stealing all the feed for my birds. Then when i got to the tills it was Michelle again serving me and she said "you looked like you were on a mission" which we both laughed about the greedy squirrels. Really friendly and helpful.

We visited the paint section today and Katie helped us.
She was amazing, we weren’t 100% sure on what exactly we needed so Katie offered advice and tips on what kind of paint we needed.
She helped us mix the colours to get the exact colour we wanted.
A dropped paint tin incident did occur and we are so incredibly sorry about that. We did pay but we still feel awful.
Katie was very knowledgeable in the section and gave great advice.
Thank you for helping us and being very patient with us.

Store allegedly opens half an hour before opening hours on a Sunday for click and collect and browsing, but doesn’t. Stood outside for half an hour. Kiln dried sand was wet and not very useful.

Had to bring back a shower head which didn't fit, no quibble, refunded

I spent most of my day searching for a shower door seal in stock without any luck.I popped into my local Homebase to ask at the counter.Linda and Jo were helpful and they recalled that they had a delivery in of shower door seals. Success at last. Brilliant service.
