I ordered the Men's League 3.0. Great program with lot's of useful content. I've been using the off ice training and I feel much more comfortable on the ice while skating with and without the puck. Absolutely worth the purchase. Thank you for the great videos and training sheets.

Well-organized programs. I don't know about customized, but there are enough programs on there to find exactly what you want/need in terms of training goals. IMO, stresses the right things to help with hockey performance.

Great service, the program is excellent, you get all you need and more to really improve yourself. I would like to commend the inclusion of the Exercise Substitution Guide, which enables you to really configure the program to what is available to you in terms of equipment.

Fantastic program backed by the latest in sports science. This program truly includes everything needed to maximize your potential in every aspect imaginable. Very easy to follow and I am already seeing great improvements even as a seasoned gym rat! The best training has to be sport specific and you guys have nailed it at HockeyTraining.com. Just 2 weeks into the program and have been using the stickhandling and shooting drills daily and scored in my first game with two dekes on a breakaway!

This is the best hockey off-ice training website I have found. You really get a ton for your money's worth, almost like you have your own virtual trainers guiding you though every step of their programs. Programs are well-designed, effective and extremely informative. Would highly recommend to any youth or adult hockey athlete looking to take their game to the next level.

Love the training program so far! Perfectly laid out plan for weekly workouts, demonstrations are very easy to find, and they are very specific with what they want you to do. I'm only a week in, but I am having a blast so far!

I really need a follow along type format rather than just a "to do" list. This is great. Like having a pro trainer in your living room.

These guys do an amazing job laying out the workout plan they have developed. The explain everything from why you are doing the exercises to how you do them. Really like this so far.
