I like your training, it's so good help my sons improve off ice training,

I like the variety of training options Hockey training.com offers. That keeps my hockey player interested and I feel good knowing he is working on different aspects to improve his game (not just all stickhandling, not just off-ice). Videos are very good quality and coaches are professional and relatable.

My two boys and I are enjoying working through the programme and they're definitely feeling the benefits already. The workouts are varied and interesting and any questions were answered very quickly.

I have learnt a lot from your videos and from other types of presentations.

We are only a week into the program, but I am extremely pleased with it so far.
The videos are great at demonstrating each exercise or drill and having printable schedules and workouts gives my son the structure that he needs to stay motivated and excited for his workouts.
The resources available are extensive and any reservations that I had about the cost are completely gone. It would take countless hours to try and put together a program like this yourself, let alone having to demo each exercise to your child.
Whether or not this program significantly helps him on the ice remains to be seen, however I have no doubt that it will benefit his overall fitness and it is giving him something productive and healthy to do in these Covid times.

Great unique training products, and good distribution, especially during a pandemic is a good sign of a strong company. Your shipping from Canada, to the East Coast is very reliable, and I have no complaints on the skating tiles, and passer, they are as advertised.

Dan and a Kevin are not only very knowledgeable, they present valid, research based, information in a way that especially hockey players can relate to. I went from the couch, utilizing the training videos to 5 months later completing Dan's course to become a certified hockey trainer.

Dan utilizes his knowledge and science based approach to break down training into such easy concepts that I can understand the entire program while knowing about 25% of the exercises mentioned. Regardless whether I make a penny off this certification, the knowledge gained is invaluable to myself as a player and coach.

There are very, very few hockey specific trainers out there. Either learn how to be one from one of the best like I did, or utilize one of the variety of already created programs.

HockeyTraining.com is run professionally with basically unlimited content related to athletic development. I don’t think anything online really compares to it for the field of study. Thank you for putting the knowledge out there.

Really like how the exercises are explained both from a "how to" perspective and the benefits to each. Also like how there are various programs designed for specific profiles / needs, which we happen to use for our 13 year old. Keep up the great work!
