Excellent service

The order was filled quickly and the product is good. It's a nice cittern tailpiece. QUIBBLE: It would have been nice if the screws to mount it had been included!!!! Seriously? You can't provide the screws????

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding to this, I was waiting for a bit more info. We do think these should come with screws - we don't always receive them with the tailpieces but we'll supply them whenever we can in future.

The guitar arrived sooner than forecasted very well packed to protect the item when unboxed perfect condition and really pleased with shipping was free also

Easy and quick to order

Easy and quick to order. Delivery was on the date promised. The only thing which would have made it better would have been the ability to add a gift message for the recipient.

Great company to deal with

Hobgoblin would have to be the easiest and most agreeable company I've dealt with in ages. Get in touch with them and you get prompt replies from actual humans. The obscure musical instrument I ordered from them made it all the way to Aotearoa/New Zealand in about a week, which was pretty impressive.
The only downside to this was that the instrument was poorly set up and entirely unplayable when it arrived and was generally a bit of a disappointment.

The communication and service was…

The communication and service was great.

I ordered an item that wasn't currently in stock by mistake, and they emailed to make sure I was up-to-date on it's status. When I asked to change for a slightly different instrument they managed to source the type I had ordered and dispatch that to me, as I am pregnant and wanted it before my due date. Very sweet and kind!
