Served by Ewan at Woking

I was served by Ewan in the Woking store they were so lovely when i was checking out. Packed my stuff for me, very kind and great experience the store was well laid out with a variety of blind boxes to figurines to t-shirts. Truly amazing.

THE WOKING HMV STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY…

THE WOKING HMV STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND MY ORDER ARRIVED SAFELY AND QUICKLY. THE PACKAGING WAS GOOD QUALITY AND THE PRODUCTS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION. GOOD PRICES TOO, SO ALWAYS HAPPY TO SHOP WITH HMV.

Very helpful, friendly and efficient

The staff are EXREMELY helpful friendly and efficient. The shelves are well stocked and if they havent got what I want they can get it for me.

Came quickly

Came quickly, undamaged due to be packaged securely, everything i ordered came at the same time so didn’t have to wait longer for other parts of my order even when i ordered everything at the same time. Good, quick delivery.

Great service, helpful staff

Unfortunately the album I wanted on vinyl had been discontinued. But the excellent staff in there were able to order me another album by the same band and also highlighted an up and coming release of the band. The order was delivered to my home within a couple of days at no additional cost. Great service. Wonderful staff. I believe the staff member was called Ewan, they were a great help.

The store representative was helpful in…

The store representative was helpful in finding the DVD's that I ordered.

The service was quick and without fault.

I was kept up to date with my order which was Book Club - The Next Chapter.

I ordered and the young Lady who took…

I ordered and the young Lady who took my order was friendly, polite and efficient. I had no problems with my order, and when it arrived in the shop I was notified.
