Very pleasant staff, and helpful.
I had a very helpful young man. As I was looking for an L P for my son. Well two but had to order that in line. But the young man found the one I wanted. And the other I ordered on line which was very easy .

Store assistant was very helpful in ordering in a t shirt in the size we wanted. They arranged for it to be sent to a store nearest to my home. Only took 3 days to arrive and the collection went smoothly too. Very good service.

Purchased a pre-order Blu-ray by click and collect
I purchased a pre-order Blu-ray online, by click and collect from the Nottingham store. After payment I received confirmation by email. A few days before the release date they sent an email to say it had been dispatched, and a few days later an email informed me it was ready for collection. I collected it 3 days later. It was a good price, I was informed of progress at every stage, no problems when collecting and it was well-packaged. Very pleased with the item and with the service.
