Chair arrived very fast. It is very comfortable and was easy to put together. The only thing I would say is even thought this is a lovely chair and it's almost perfect the back could do with being higher, I've put the headrest up as far as it will go and that's not enough for me at 5ft8. But overall this has been the best office chair I've ever owned and I've been through quite a few!

My HJH chair arrived and took 5 mins only to assemble, The quality of the materials is top notch, even the cantilever base stand came pre-fabricated as one peice. . solid and sturdy. I'm impressed you can buy a quality designed chair like this for such little money ( UK delivery was free too .. arrived with DPD ) . It's comfortable and looks amazing. Love the flip up arm rests ! An absolute bargain! Highly recommend.

we order one chair. the delivery was very fast, but the chair has deep scratches on metal parts, one wheel was bend and one zipper was broken.

today we got the second chair. suddenly the box was damaged and the chair has scratches.
as the first chair was not picked up, now we have two big boxes :/
by phone call I got: the chairs will be picked up soon and I will get my money back...
