Levi, what a nice person, came down fixed my heating in minutes. Test out before leaving made sure both floors radiator are working.

Amazing service from Levi

Amazing service from Levi. He was very methodical in his approach, fixed the issue immediately, explained the background to all the pipes etc in an easy way. Super friendly and super efficient/prompt service, so very pleased overall

Joel was great :)

Joel was great - helped fix my boiler and pipe problems even though it was a tricky one and he had to come over to my apartment twice. Thank you for getting my heating back on!

HIU Engineers

After a few bad experiences with a few engineers ,Joel came and found the fault in our unit and made sure we have a warm home and hot water just in time before Christmas thank you very much for your help Joel and Tanvir and the whole team made us very happy . Thank you all !

Great service

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile. I’ve used this company several times. I highly recommend them.They always arrive on time and well turned out. It’s a company that I completely trust enough to send to my mums

Reliable & Efficient

Great and efficient service. I was previously quoted for new pipping to fix a leak under the sink HBR came and once they took a look found the real cause for the leak in which did not require completely new pipes. They manage to fix the leak and make it secure. Honest & reliable work
