Hirix Arvostelua 

I received a air fryer which i ordered through onebuy which stopped working after a month. Contacted hirix customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. Ive never had an issue resolved so quickly and in such a friendly manner.

I ordered a parasol through b&q supplied by hirix. I instead received an envelope of memory cards. I have now been told that the parasol is out of stock and i need to travel 3 miles (at my expense) to return the memory cards to them via DPD to get my money back. I wish i had read these reviews before ordering.

Sadly received a damaged parcel, but the customer service and provided replacement were perfect and quick. Great items!

In December I ordered through Debenhams a mattress topper from Hirex. Unfortunately I received the wrong product. I contacted Hirex and within 3 days I received the correct item due to the speed and efficiently of their customer services. Which was a great relief as I required the item for a Christmas .

I woupd highly recommend this company i brought a cupboard from this company through onbuy and I'm so glad I gave this company a try the cupboard arrived nicely wrapped and on time.for someone who has autism and adhd I struggle with following instructions but not with this cupboard the instructions where very easy to follow its a lot sturdy then I thought it would be which I love I love the cupboard that much that I have decided that I will buying another one when the time comes in door my guest room up as they are worth the money and look very stylish

Dealing with Mrinal was an absolute pleasure and he resolved my problem and altogether he was most understanding and helpful.

Although I had many issues with delivery and a faulty item, the customer service from Hirix was great. They phoned me direct and Joseph was very good at resolving the situation. It was nice to be able to speak directly to someone after having issues with Debenhams customer service, which is all done by AI and continued to ask for the same information over and over again, that all changed when it was handed over to Hirix.

I recently purchased an Alivio Heated Blanket throu Debenhams delivered by Hirix . The Blanket is faulty as does not heat up and I have been trying to return it through DBZ returns I sent 2 emails but heard nothing so contacted DBZ customer service and they simply sent me the same link so sent another returns request to Hirix and of course have still had no reply. Very bad service from both Hirix and DBZ.I would have preferred to be able to leave no stars they certainly don’t deserve any.After placing review Hirix Customer Service contacted me promptly and it seems the problem is with the Debenhams link they arranged for the return for next day and full refund thank you very much Hirix.

I had issue with non receipt of item at xmas & was very promptly sent a replacement & complaint resolved with a discount for next purchase

Purchased a desk chair. After very light use the seat cushion cover disintegrated so that it looked appalling. They agreed to refund the item but the chair as it was clearly faulty. The returns procedure was difficult with many emails sent. The desk chair was had to be dismantled (even though some parts were push-to -connect fittings that cannot be disassembled). And that I must package it in a desk chair- sized box (and sit in all day for it to be collected). A waste of time and money

Excellent customer service from Wowcher - Hirix International. They got back to me in super quick time and dealt with my return. Super polite and am a very satisfied customer.

i had ordered a oil filled heater from debenhams and needed to return. Hirix provided me with a postage label and once item was received at their end my refund was processed.

I cannot praise HMAR at Hirix enough for the exceptional customer service I received.

After experiencing absolutely awful service from Debenhams and chasing a complex issue for 2.5 months with no resolution, I contacted Hirix feeling stressed, frustrated, and ready to give up. From the minute HMAR answered the phone, he was professional, understanding, and genuinely listened.

What had dragged on for months was resolved in less than an hour. Within that time, two refunds were raised, courier collections were scheduled for the very next day, and throughout the process I received regular phone calls with updates and clear email communication confirming refund and collection statuses.

What started as an incredibly stressful situation where I thought I was going to lose a lot of money was completely turned around thanks to HMAR. He truly went above and beyond and saved the day.

I can’t thank him enough — this was outstanding, 5-star service from start to finish.

I purchased an air fryer from this company through Amazon but unfortunately didn't receive a user manual in the box. I sent an email to Hirix and received a user manual and cookbook in a couple of days by email. This company could not have been more helpful. The air fryer is very good as well by the way.
