Do not use this company if you can help it. Using Hotels.com, I rented a tiny house for two nights in Driftwood, Tx. HCPL is located in Wimberly, Tx. I got a confirmation from Hotels.com for the property, than another one from VBRO, and finally an email from Hill Country (the property management company) stating that I must go online, complete a rental agreement, and sign electroncially. They required an extra deposit for a pet (Hotels.com did not), allowing a criminal background check, providing $10,000 in damage insurance, and more items in the multi page agreement. Directions to the property were wrong, the property address was incorrect. After hour service is via a messaging service that calls you back with "Unknown Caller" numbers. I had to unlock my phone to be able to talk to them.
