Easy install

Easy install, Works better than expected. Even the least experienced computer user can start a meeting or share their screen. Dolby experience is amazing!

Not dependable

We've had a lot of issues with dropping calls. We've reported them several times and connected our third party IT agent with Highfive and have found zero results. We have calls dropping, We've had "network connection issues" where we can't connect to the screen to share content. It happens in every single room. There hasn't been a resolution to this and it feels like Highfive keeps blaming our network and not taking any responsibility. When Highfive does work, it's great and we love it. It's not dependable. I've only had success with one Highfive team member, Jon who helped me figure out an issue in one of our conference rooms.
