It is an excellent tool for tele conferencing.

It would be nice if there was also a call in number associated to a Highfive session in case someone needed to call in. Currently I know the URL but if I am not in a location with Internet access it can be touch when scrambling to join a meeting.

The way the links appear on the mobile device have been cuggy lately. Too difficult to get into the calls from mobile lately.

Highfive is a great video conference platform. While there are areas to improve around screen sharing and audio playback, the customer service team has a been great to work with and has assured me that these are high priorities on their radar to address in future updates.

I love using HighFive. The software and hardware integration is seamless and easy for anyone to use. HighFive improved call quality and connected our remote office far better than competitor products.

It is STILL not possible to share content from the iOS app. Build this feature and I will recommend it to everyone I know

The system work alright when it works. The trouble is in the lower bandwidth connections that we don't have control over. When attempting to connect over lower bandwidth connections from our clients, we see issues with screen sharing performance and call quality that equals dissatisfaction and frustration from our clients.

Secondarily, most conference room applications embrace the static phone line, which makes it easy for users to call into the conference if they are using a phone line. High five uses a rolling number and makes it difficult for users who are less technically savvy. Reaching out to High Five, they've indicated that this particular feature is not on their road map. Unfortunate.

Thanks for the great products and service. All of the staff are excellent and patient when we were learning and are available instantly when we have questions!

We use this in our office for client meetings when our attorneys are out of town. Client comes in to our conference room and meets with their attorney remotely. The feedback from clients is favorable and they don't seem to miss the warn body being in the room.
The mouth and the words are in sync and the picture is clear. The ease of use is tremendous. It has enhanced our client meetings. So much better than speakerphone with no video and tons better than using Skype.

Works well, easy to install and use for external customers, reliable screensharing

We use Highfive as a video conferencing service both internally and externally and it's been a great tool for conversing with our various teams and with our business partners and customers. It availability on both normal computers and mobile makes joining quick calls easy!

Easy to use. The AV people on this end are working on a little bit of improvement on the sound, but otherwise, this is a very good product

This hardware and interface are both unlike any other product our company has tried. Our connectivity to remote team members and clients completely changed over night. Setting the units up and brining them online could not have been simpler. The dedicated On Boarding team was absolutely brilliant. They were so thoughtful in guiding our rollout to the full company. The materials they provided made it so simple for our operations team to implement and for the staff to learn. As with any technology, it isn't without hiccups, but the support team has been incredibly responsive and always able to get us fully functional again in a surprisingly short amount of time. The sound quality is ridiculously good. And the units and interface have a minimalist, modern feel that suits the aesthetic of our company and offices. Really can't recommend Highfive enough.

I like the quality of the sound!!!! The Video is good too.

Here is what you can improve...

Log in is confusing to outsiders.
Need a warning tone someone is waiting to enter
Leave an icon open if someone needs to enter (currently, it disappears)
The screen to make calls from the speaker is not easy to use... delicate, small and not always responsive to the touch.
Keep in mind that if the conference is started from a computer, not in the conference room there is no way to know someone is waiting to come on the call. So... put a notice on the TV as well as the computer.
Can we purchase just the audio system?

Great product - especially when using the hardware (camera and base speaker). On laptop or phone can be a little patchy sometimes, but overall is the best system we've used.
