Hidden Crown Hair Arvostelua 

I purchase a pony from hidden crown. I literally wore it 2 times. The third time BOTH OF THE HOOKS on the bungee broke off. Out $199.00 Hidden crown won’t respond to emails. Buyer beware.

I previously have ordered the Halo and it was beautiful. This time I ordered clip in extensions, and the color is wrong. I simply want to exchange for another color & I can get no response from the company. I have emailed them 3 times and texted once. The exchange policy says you have 7 days to initiate a return. How do I do that with NO RESPONSE?? Poor customer service.

I ordered a hair halo in February. I have only worn them maybe 20 times or so. I did notice how extremely shiny they were when I first got them, which I didn't like, as they looked like doll hair (fake looking). I had used powder on them to reduce the shine, which helped. After the first time washing and conditioning the hair, and I use professional grade hair products, they gradually started becoming dry, but were still in good condition. As time went on, they started becoming worse and they would snarl within minutes of putting them in. I have never used extremely high heat on these and mostly let them air dry. It got to the point where I couldn't wear them. I used a shampoo/conditioner with argon oil and used the leave in hair oil on them. At first, while they were still wet, they appeared to be softer, and felt soft. After they dried, I would brush them to smooth them out, put them in and attempt to curl them. At this point, they seemed ok. Literally within minutes of having them in, they would get tangled and snarled! I have tried numerous times to out moisture back into them, even using an organic leave in conditioner. NOTHING has helped! I have worn hair extensions for years and have purchased several different brands, even cheaper ones from Sally's beauty supply which are not the best quality. But comparing those to these, the cheaper ones were never shiny when I got them, and I have washed and dried them many times and they are still in good condition and wearable! My other extensions NEVER did this! I have since emailed the company, yesterday morning to be exact and have yet to hear from them! I feel like I have been scammed out of several dollars! BTW, these cost about 400 plus shipping! Real hair DOES NOT behave this way! This hair is synthetic! I am absolutely disgusted with the hair quality and that this company can get away with it! Its just WRONG! I recently Google them looking for reviews and read that these should last 3 months! What kind of crap is that??? Who in their right mind would spend this amount of money for extensions that claim to last only 3 months!!! If I had actually worn these every single day, they wouldn't have even lasted that long! Like I said, I still have my much cheaper hair extensions, which I've had for over 5 years and they are still in good condition! I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing this horrible product! UPDATE: The company responded and told me they would send me a new hair halo, free of charge and expedited shipping. I was told that the batches of hair from February were known to be of poor quality. They said there should be no issues with the new hair they are sending. Fingers crossed!

Like the last reviewer I was amazed at the negative reviews I saw here. I have worn extensions for more than 5 years and I am so impressed with the quality of Hidden Crown's hair and their service plus I got a storage bag, comb, clip, hanger - all extras other companies make you spend more than $30 for. LOVE my Crown.

I have to say, I'm shocked at the bad reviews as I've only had positive experiences with Hidden Crown's products and customer service.

Their option for personalized color matching is great; you just send an email with a photo of your hair and
typically get a response within a couple of hours. I've had to send extensions back a couple of times, and always received my refund in a timely manner with zero issues. The packaging explicitly states that once you cut the security ties the hair is no longer returnable. It's a health/safety thing, and a perfectly reasonable policy.

The hair itself is great quality-I have no issues with tangling or knotting while wearing, and doesn't shed at all. I took one of my halos to my hair stylist to trim and she was really impressed, too! The only time I've ever been somewhat disappointed was when I purchased the original clip ins. Unless you have very thin/fine hair, the three wefts probably won't be enough for you. I guess I was expecting the thickness of the halo, but it's not even close. The seams/clips feel disproportionately bulky to the amount of hair sewn to them. I still like them and find ways to wear them with my halos, in braids, and with ponytails, but they aren't a standalone product for me which wasn't exactly what I wanted.

Even still, I'll continue to purchase my hair from Hidden Crown and recommend others to do the same!

I purchased the Halo hair extensions from Hidden Crown on 2 occasions, and both times I have had the same experience, and will NOT purchase from them again. They say that your Halo Crown hair extensions will last for 3 months, but that is far from the truth. After the first washing, using shampoo specifically made for hair extensions, it was a tangled mess. After 2 months, it was a loss. There is NO WAY that these extensions are made with quality hair. I have since purchased 100% Remy hair from Sally's Beauty Supply, and made my own halo, and it has lasted more than a year now, and is never tangled. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was shipped the wrong item (same color) I went to wear it unknowingly it wasn’t what I ordered, I realized it was wayyyyy too heavy. I order the daydream because I have thick hair and it gives me the feeling that it’s not there and just adds length. Well I looked at the tag and seen it was the Halo which I already have and can’t wear since it’s much too much hair. I contacted them and they told me it was an “upgrade” since mine was no longer in stock. They refused to let me exchange it since the ties were broken. They didn’t even ask me if I would like an upgrade or a refund, I would have taken the refund and waited till it was back in stock. So now I am stuck with this halo that I already have 2 of (halo and layers) when I never gave the ok to send to me. I’m very upset with this company and will no longer do business with them until they understand the mistake and correct it.

DO NOT order from this company. I wish I would have looked up reviews other than their own website before ordering. I'm still dealing with the nightmare of trying to be refunded for a product they received over a month ago. The products are absolute garbage.

I never write reviews but this has to be the best product ever. Matched identical to my hair, easy to put on and undetectable. The quality of the hair is beyond gorgeous.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Do not buy from them. I received my order on time and realized it was the wrong length. I returned it priority shipping. USPS shows they received it and gave me a paper copy of the documented delivery. I have emailed them over 10 times and they will NOT reply back. They have not acknowledged my emails or return. So they have my money and the extentions. Horrible company and not acceptable.

Do yourself a favor a DO NOT purchase this hair. It looks good for exactly one day!!!! One day. After that it’s a giant tangle ball that you’ve just spent over $500 for. It’s absolutely the worst. I’d swear it was fake hair the way that it tangles up. Zero life. Zero body. Zero softness. Except that very first day that you get it.

I am so saddened to write this review. I’ve been purchasing from hidden crown since 2016 and LOVE their halos. The hair is stunning... thick throughout, curls and hold its quality for a long time. Last month however I purchased the clip ins and these are a totally different story. The hair does not weigh the same amount as stated on their website. It is 40g less total which is a huge amount. The middle piece is NOT a volumizer and it thins out on the bottom. I specifically purchased because the middle piece was supposed to be the same as the halo and lastly the clips are super thick and if you have thin hair they can sometimes pop through. Customer service also took one whole month to get back to me. Still in the process of me having to send them back to get inspected.. don’t like the thought of my money being in limbo with a company who’s lacking transparency so we’ll see how it goes.

Buyer Beware.. Product is inferior and does not look like pictured online. It states that they are in the USA but when I req to return, they said I had to return to China -which costs almost as much as the product. Everyhing about site is misleading.

Hair is nice quality but terrible customer service and the hair I received was not the color pictured on the website. Don’t order from them!!

Do not buy. They delete negative reviews on their website.

The Daydream halo extension ($200) is too small for an adult. It seems to be made for a child. Hidden Crown will not allow me to return it because I had to detached the folded halo from the plastic straps the had attached to cardboard. There is no way to try it on without doing this.

Don't be stupid and throw away your money like I did.

I experienced hair loss from this product. I have tried many other halos without this issue. They were just too heavy. The halo cut my head and I had a halo of bald spot afterwards! Had to see a dermatologist for 6 months to grow the hair back. I bought 2 and am too scared to ever wear them again.

Do not buy!!!! There are better companies and better hair! BEWARE! The topper and the clip ends will not match because the company purchases the hair from two different manufacturers so do not buy these thinking that they are going to match perfectly!

And once you wash them the hair is going to look like you have fried it!!!!

And no do not expect a refund go somewhere else!!!

I received my Hidden Crown Topper yesterday. My Topper are beautiful and the Quality of my topper are amazing!! I was so surprised that my topper got a lot of hair cuz when I saw many videos on YouTube about the Hidden Crown Topper didn’t looks like it got lot of hair but it does. Cover my head perfectly and look so good on me. I also ordered my Halo extension from Hidden Crown last yesterday and it was great quality as well. I am planning to buy more topper with a different colors in the future. I Gave Hidden Crown Hair 5 stars because my experience was great every time and Great quality hair. Thank You Hidden Crown for helping people like myself looking more beautiful and more confident. 🥰😊❤️

I ordered the halo crown and clips ins. Within a week the clip-ins broke and the wire that came with the halo hair extensions was damaged upon receipt. They would not accept a return on the halo, the customer service rep said she'd accept an exchange for the broken clip in. They instructed me to watch an 8-minute long video of how to reattach the wire to my halo - if this happens to you, you're going to need to get the pliers and wire that they supply you with and try to pull a wire through a sewn hair extension. This was really frustrating and annoying. I thought these were going to be easy to use-they're not. I've been wearing hair extensions for nine years, I've never had a clip break the second time using them-not even Bellami. These are really cheap looking, but aren't cheap themselves-after spending a pretty penny, I can't even wear them.
