Quality, Authentic Bulbs

HidConcept is my resource for quality and authentic HID bulbs. I've ordered 4 Osram Xenarc Intense Blue HID bulbs and each was verifiably authentic via Osram's website. I like the color and intensity of the bulbs that I purchased. Solid replacements for the OEM Dodge Challenger HID bulbs.

Great customer service and great product

Everything was great from calling the company for getting a recommendation on which light to select. Even talked me out of buying extra piece until it was determined that I needed. Worked without the extra converter. Arrived fast. Would highly recommend

Excellent but slightly disappointed

I am very happy with ordering, price and delivery! The problems were that the boxes were NOT sealed and one of the bulb wire at top was bent? Boxes did not come sealed? Wondering if these were used? I installed anyway or I would not have had any lights to see driving!! it works and the light is on but am worried it will blow out due to the bent wire and the unsealed boxes, if they were new or used??

Sorry for any trouble.
First off, not sure which product you ordered but not all products come in 'SEALED' condition. If it was described and shown as 'SEALED' but it was not SEALED, please let us know.
Secondly, if there was any defect whether it was functional or cosmetic, you need to contact us immediately instead of taking a risk and use it anyways.
When customer claims of receiving an item in damaged condition after they decided to use it anyways, makes it very hard for us to take any action.
Regardless, most of our products come with limited warranty from us. If your product comes with warranty, we got your back.
For your future reference, when there is any issue, I suggest contact the vendor first, instead of using the product anyways at your own risk or leaving a question on a review site.

Great bulbs

Shipped out quickly.
Bulbs are very bright, brighter than my last set and brighter than stock Subaru bulbs.
No idea how much life I'll get out of them but happy so far.
They were super helpful on the phone, unlike a lot of places they pick up when you call.

I bought 2 D1S OSRAM Nightbreaker bulbs and they are both verified as genuine and new. Would buy again.
