Hunter & Grey Cocktails Arvostelua 

To date cocktails have not arrived. Emailed the company and no response has been recieved. Had to claim back my money via my bank.

Update: As promised, if I received my bottles I would update my review. They've finally been received and they're very high quality. 5 stars for quality but overall 3 , communication and delivery has been pretty terrible in this day and age. Great product but they need to work on the fulfillment side.

Really worried. Have placed a 3 bottle order which isn't cheap to me and after a week I've heard nothing. The courier had yet to receive the parcel and I was hoping to take these on holiday with friends. It's really unlikely I'll get these in time even though I have other of time. I've tried to reach out but yet to hear anything. If I do hear back then I'll change my review but this experience and reading the other reviews is making me very nervous

I still haven’t receive my delivery and it has been almost a week

Great website, easy to navigate and use. Delivery was quick and Expresso Martinis were to die for.
My only gripe was the voucher I was sent was for money off so I filled my basket, reached the threshold for free delivery, added the voucher I’d been sent and then the postage got added back on. Not brilliant. But I just removed all the other things and just bought the Expresso Martini.
Would use again for a gift.

Order still hasn’t arrived. I have ordered so many times as I love the cocktails but 2 times I have had issues with big delays. I’m currently waiting for my birthday order, it’s been well over a week and apparently the tracking number wasn’t working now they’ll be recent but I’ve had no update with new tracking number… I think this may be the last time I order as it’s beginning to grate on me now !

I ordered 4 glasses of a certain design and received just two of a completely different design. I called their customer support number and left a message asking them to call me. I then completed a negative Feefo review and they replied very quickly advising I email them.
I emailed them a week ago and still have heard nothing.
They still have my money, and I’m left with two glasses that I didn’t order and don’t want.

I have placed 2 orders with Hunter & Grey and had issues both times with delivery. You can never get hold of them by phone. On the first occasion customer service was ok via email, on the second occasion no response when I chased the delivery but funny enough my order got processed after the email was sent. On both occasions I paid for faster delivery, 1 to 2 days is stated, well don’t expect them in that time frame!! Quite honestly delivery is nothing short of a joke.
Ordered a margarita in the first order to try which I have to say was really good so ordered 12 on my second order but they were far too sweet and were disappointing.
Unfortunately won’t be a returning customer again

I was looking to buy something personalised for my son’s girlfriend who was 21. I found the cocktail present and was impressed with the product and the fast delivery…I ordered it.
Unfortunately my order came after the birthday however this was not Hunter & Grey’s fault it was DHL.
I tried to ring H&G but I couldn’t get hold of anyone. I eventually got to speak to someone on Instagram. They sorted the problem and I eventually received the present that I purchased. I would order from H&G again, the cocktail present is lovely, but I would order with more time in case there was a hiccup again.

First time ordering this week and very impressed. Good delivery via DHL so easy to track, ordered the Long island ice tea and I'm very fussy but have to say its fantastic will defo be ordering again, thank you

Ordered this on a Friday with fast delivery hoping to get it by the Monday at least. It's now the following Thursday and u still haven't received. I contacted customer service who said I could have a refund or get it resent but still I haven't received it

Very impressed with both product and packaging.

I ordered Negroni, Old Fashioned and Maple Old Fashioned for my husbands 70th and within a couple of days the package had arrived. It was well packed and nice touch that the gift card was handwritten, wouldn't get that from a larger business. My husband hasn't actually tasted them yet though as unfortunately on the afternoon of his 70th Birthday he came down with covid symptoms and he hasnt felt like drinking any alcohol since then! I am sure they will be worth the wait when he does 'crack them open' and hopefully I'll be allowed to enjoy them too!! So glad I came across this small business on a google search and didn't order cocktails from M&S which was my original plan.

I ordered some cocktails 7 days ago for a party for my daughter (taking place tonight). They have still not arrived. I know they say "3-4 working days" for delivery, but we have passed that point. There is no tracking information, other than saying my order has been despatched. In an age when Amazon can deliver almost any item pretty reliably on the next day, these guys need to up their game.

I ordered a personalised cocktail around the 4/5th July. It still hasn't arrived. I've reached out via live chat and sent emails but I'm yet to get a response. I ordered this for my friends birthday and was so excited to give it to her but its now been and gone. really disappointed.

***update*** order arrived this morning. Happy with item but be aware if you are ordering from here give yourself a month for delivery

Won't be buying from them again! Delivery extremely late & when I tried to make contact by email & phone to find out why they didn't bother responding at all!

Very good customer service. Came on time. These are the best cocktails you could ever have. I would not go elsewhere now.
Only issue was with DHL as they don't have a system to be able to tell them what neighbour to leave with so don't bother trying. I just put a note on my door and the driver did it for me. Very happy customer.

Really nice cocktails, exactly like being in a bar. Speedy delivery too!

First delivery was cancelled 2nd delivery is still pending haven't received yet. Very poor

Ordered a small case of cocktails from Hunter & Grey, great selection to try from and amazing tastes. Quick, easy and simple service. Will recommend the Rum Punch for those Rum drinkers out there. Cannot wait to put another order through. Thank you team
