Hunter & Grey Cocktails Arvostelua 

I put my order in on 16/10/24 and have still not received my delivery. I have tried contacting them by -
Telephone - two different numbers line is just dead or number not recognised,
Email - email address does not exist
Three times on their chat line- no response apart from an automated one.
I am trying for a refund now as order is too late for gift. I will update you with how I get on.

Update- I messaged H&G on FB Messenger, received an answer immediately saying they would refund me but a week later was still waiting. I messaged again but never received a reply.

However 18/11/24 I have received a full refund after messaging them on Instagram Messenger. I received a reply within a couple of hours and the refund was processed the next day into my bank.

Ordered through not on the high street. Still waiting for delivery. Nobody answers emails!. Very unsatisfactory and now want refund.

Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery and I even paid £9.99 for postage! Tried to email them and the email was returned to say not a valid email address! When it eventually arrived the labels on the bottles are really bad quality and they don’t even have the info for how to make the cocktail. I have ordered from these before and it was so much better service. I am not even sure if it’s the same ingredients in my long I stand iced tea as it definitely wasn’t as strong as the last time I ordered. I have to say I am very disappointed ☹️

Ordered through Not On The High Street as a gift. Items still haven't been dispatched and no reply to my message sent. The birthday has been and gone and I had to find another gift and spend more money.

Nothing received yet, no reply to contact made about delay.. getting worried that there is a problem with the company as can’t get hold of anyone to help

Order has not been delivered and no way of contacting the company. Site is down so starting to think that this company no longer exists. Please could someone reach out?

I have still not received my item. No notification of dispatch, and I ordered it a week ago.

I didn’t want to have to put this poor rating but my recent experience with Hunter & Grey has given me no choice. I am usually very happy with the products but when my recent order at the start of July arrived on the doorstep smashed, I contacted them for a replacement. I was assured that one was to be sent on the 16/7. I then heard nor received anything. I emailed a further 4 times with no reply, the last email I sent being on the 19/8, well over a month after I was due to receive my order. With part of the order being a gift, which left me to find something else, as well as the other drinks all being unusable due to the smashed glass in the box, I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received from H&G on this occasion. I have requested a full refund although unsurprisingly I am yet to still hear from them…

Great delivery and the cocktails are absolutely amazing

Edit: spoke to someone through email and I was refunded, but I would still steer clear, judging by my experience plus other reviews it seems like very odd business practice.

I waited 7 days with no order update after paying postage cost. Emailed and they sent the order a few days later with no email back. I paid for a bottle with a personalised label for a gift, the label is smeared with ink and was stuck on without any care. Really awful experience altogether.

I needed this item by the Tuesday 25th June. I ordered on the Saturday 22nd June and paid extra for next working day delivery. It arrived on Thursday 27th. I tried contacting them on several occasions but they did not even respond. Today is July 1st and I still haven't had a response but did get a mail chasing feedback. Here it is.

This business charges for services that it does not provide and is unable to deliver on time. Their customer service is terrible and they can't even be bothered to reply. DO NOT USE.

I’ve been waiting 7 days for order which was to be a birthday gift, emailed to be told it can be a couple of days to answer!! Not good enough!

I placed a recurring subscription as a gift on 23rd April. By the 30th May the first delivery has not been delivered and yet I have already been charged for the next month’s subscription. Now doubting if this is a scam…?

I paid for £7.99 for next day delivery but did not receive my order and had no message to let me know from company. I should have checked reviews for ordering.

Delicious drinks, beautifully wrapped and clever flavours.

Don’t use. They keep your card details and continue to charge you, cocktails turn up a month late and not good enough. Shifty as hell company, do not trust!
To H&G, you owe me £105. I expect to see this back in my account today.
