Hertslimos Arvostelua

I just wanted to drop you an email to say “thank you” for the fantastic service from end to end from Herts Limo’s.

The Limo was just perfect, arrived on time and looked the part for the boys and their school Prom. Many pictures were taken of them and the car!

Most of all I want you to know how wonderful Wesley the driver was. Very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

The boys said he made sure that on arrival at the venue it was special, friends and teachers were watching the Limo arrival, he suggested they played their “arrival tune” and he even opened the doors for the guys to get out. Pure quality!!

Wesley even called me and sent me a text to let me know the boys had arrived safely and on time to the Prom. This was a fantastic extra touch I did not expect.

If I ever have need of a limo in the future or anybody asks me if I know of anybody, then I will strongly recommend Herts Limos.

Thanks again, it made the boys night a night they will always remember!

Cheers

Absolutely brilliant company, especially Tarik our driver who looked after us for Royal Ascot 2023. He is professional, helpful and kind. The driver was great and everybody absolutely loved it! The sound system was great for the playlist had made, nobody wanted to leave! Nice touches like banners. Good communication prior to the event.

Hired a party bus for my best friends hen do. Well I can not fault Hertz at all. Tarik our driver made it so special, from being efficient, on time and even the small touches like putting banners and balloons inside the bus. We used Herts Limos for my daughter's surprise 16th birthday. What a fabulous service from start to finish. Herts Limos and especially Steve and Nalan provided a wonderful service and made my daughter's 16th birthday amazing. Steve was the perfect chauffeur. The whole service from the moment I phoned to enquire (and spoke with Nalan who was friendly and informative) to when Steve dropped the girls home, was fantastic. The limo was clean and immaculate. Steve was prompt, his attention to detail was appreciated and we found him to be patient and understanding. He kept us updated by text whilst driving the girls into London. He was friendly and approachable. Thank you. We'd definitely recommend them.

Have used three times. Extremely reliable, quality vehicles and excellent customer service. Delighted to recommend. Our driver today and the condition of vehicle was superb.

Already planning my next trip.
Only one criticism, they wouldn't let me keep the Limo .ha ha .

The driver was great very patient with us and helpful

Had a great experience with Hertslimos. Booked the services for 2 days for wedding been great. Comfortable cars. Whole team ( Nalan, Maryam, Tariq ) of Hertslimo was really kind and supportive throughout and.

These limos have the “wow” factor. From the moment of booking through to the eventual time of our event the whole experience was seamless. You are kept well advised by the driver on the day prior to collection and the drivers are very polite and courteous. A great experience.

Driver Tarik was super nice and professional. Only issue was the list of songs in the karaoke system : old or weird - the system needs an urgent update.
