Car itself was outstanding - stood out with class amongst the many and chauffeur catered so professionally with expertise to his 16yr old clients for their prom. Booked with hertslimos for my son's prom along with 15 of his friends and what an amazing experience. Limo arrived dot on time and driver phoned before arrival. Customer service was impeccable from date of booking to date of experience. Nalan was at the end of the phone for any questions. Boys loved it, can't thank you enough. The day went like clockwork. Nalan was very efficient from start till finish of our booking. The brides Rolls Royce arrived timely, was clean, the driver was excellent and gave as a very comfortable drive. Bottled water was available. We couldn't fault anything. Highly recommended with a competitive price.

Herts limos are always reliable with super drivers. We have used them half a dozen times and will continue to do so!
