Vorsicht bei Schiffsrückgabe, man wird abgezzockt.
Unbedingt Kautionversicherung abschließen.
Der Base Manager ist arrogant und unfreundlich.
Die Schiffübergabe wird nur mit einer APP durchgeführt, keine saubere Übergabe, keine Erklärung. Man muss sich anhand der englischen App selber zurecht finden. Es werden Beschädigungen akribisch gesucht und auch gefunden. Welche schon vorher waren. Alles dokumentieren und fotografieren.
Die Kaution wird einbehalten. Vorsicht bitte.
Mir wurde eine Grundberührung mit verschobenem Kiel untergejubelt, Ich schwöre, dass ich es nicht war.

First, I want to thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve.
We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, something fell short.
At the time, you were sailing with us unfortunately you grounded the yacht causing an extensive damage to the hull.
- We have sent you all the Videos before and after your trip. It clearly shows that the damage was not existing before your charter. We are more than happy to share the videos. We always take a video with our diver at the check -in & the check-out.
- You have signed the check out report confirming the damage (proof available upon request)
- We have also the official Report from PANTENIUS insurance. This report was made by a Pantenius inspector confirming the damage you caused of 13.000 Euros to the yacht.
We would like to inform you that he yacht lost 2 weeks of charter in order to get fixed!
We understand that damages can happen. but it is not nice blaming us fro a damage that was definitely caused by you.
It is logical that the 3.000 Euros deposit have been kept since the damage was even higher. The rest amount of 10.000 Euros will be covered from the insurance company.
