Heritage Classic Car Insurance Arvostelua 

Renewal time again, always receive the notification in good time. Allows me to make enquiries with other companies, but I always renew with Heritage. The staff are efficient, I spoke to Seema Lal this year. The newsletter has useful advice especially ways to help reduce the premiums.
I insure a modern car, a classic car and a classic motorcycle. This year one of the major companies quoted almost as much for the modern car as I pay for all three vehicles with Heritage.

I contacted Heritage classic insurance brokers. And didn't have wait a long, time pressing numbers to get and speak to an operator or listing to piped music. Plain and simple, we engaged in decent conversation, getting to the point of why I was phoning. It wasn't monotonous, I came away feeling that it was personable. Explained well, so I took the insurance.

I asked for a quote for my second vehicle, being very pleased with the existing service I had previously received. Again great service, no pressure and very friendly service.

As ever Heritage is super accommodating to both my classical and daily cars. Having a combined policy takes a chunk of admin out of insuring them all, and it’s great to have it all
‘Under One Policy’.
The agent I dealt with, Harry, also dealt with my policy last year - so it feels like you’re dealing with a person rather than just A.N.Other agent.
Good dialogue, and very interested to hear that they can look into my home and business insurance too.

Ive been insuring with this company for about 8 years. As always i received an e mail with the renewal details well in advance. I phoned and spoke to jayne devey as last year. Everything was sorted,paid and new documents received the same day. Very efficient staff. Thank you
