From the beginning when the trust was set up and throughout managing the trust and assisting with closing the trust, every member of Thornton & Baines that I had contact with was personable, extremely helpful and simplified everything so it could be easily understood. They were also warm and kind which made all the difference. Added to this was the benefit that not only did they understand the type of trust required but did so well with it too.

Helped by favourable weather everything went to plan. Raghav Sharma welcomed us at Bankside and made sure we knew the order of events. Loading was swifter than last voyage and all T&B staff were attentive. Because some guests took up too many seats we stood aft as we sailed. This was fine until having to queue at the bar (helpful but understaffed) and in consequence missed the buffet. However Raghav was on hand to sort it out bringing healthy portions and arranging seats. We returned outside for the return sail into the night. A perfect end.

A great day out on the Thames. I was able to meet up with likewise investors from all walks of life. Also nice to hear Thornton and Baines are already preparing for the new regulations, having our best interests at heart.
