Paid for a product and nothing turns up. No email from DHL, nothing from HellyHansen….so basically you take peoples money and then deliver nothing! Appalling service and I would never purchase anything from you criminals again!

Für mich hat sich das Unternehmen für die Zukunft erledigt.
Zwei Jacken in 10 Tagen gekauft ,letztere vor 1 Tag ,habe leider die 20% nicht beachtet.Nun habe ich den darauf folgenden Werktag angerufen und hatte die 20% angesprochen ,der nette Mitarbeiter mußte die Geschäftleitung fragen ob dieses bei einem erledigten
Einkauf noch möglich ist.Als Kulanz wurde mir ein Code.für den nächsten Einkauf gegeben. Würde man aber sowieso bekommen wenn man Newsletter zulassen würde.
Ich verabschiede mich höflichst bei Ihnen und hoffe das man aus diesem Vorfall evtl.lernt. Fa Breuninger,Fa.Hirmer,Fa P&C halten es Kundenorientierter.......

Helly Hansen stands by their products. A zipper pull broke on my long Belfast jacket (which I love!) and after wearing it a year, they gave me full credit to replace it. Customer service was extremely prompt.

Suite à ma requête, une facilité d’échanges de courriels avec le service à la clientèle d’Helly Hansen a été fait et ce de façon efficace et rapide.
Personnel courtois qui a pu me servir en français.

J'ai retourné une veste qui ne convenait pas pour description trompeuse sur leur site.
Je l'ai rendue 2 jours après réception et 3 semaines après je n'avais aucun remboursement effectué.
Après de multiples conversations téléphonique, toujours pas de remboursement. J'ai enfin reçu ce remboursement grâce à un litige PayPal. Vendeur à fuir même si la qualité du vêtement est très satisfaisante.

Le service Comercial est frare. Ne laisse pas le temps de s exprimer. A fuire. Dommage que les vêtements sont de bonne qualité Malheureusement le personnel hot line français zero.

Tuve un accidente con una de sus chaquetas y, lamentablemente, dañé el cinturón que la acompaña. Me puse en contacto con ustedes para saber si era posible obtener un cinturón de repuesto, en caso de que tuvieran alguno en stock. Aunque ya no contaba con el comprobante de compra —pues la adquisición fue realizada en enero—, me atendieron con una amabilidad y eficiencia que realmente me sorprendieron.

Me informaron que no reponen cinturones de forma individual, pero aun así me ofrecieron el valor total de la chaqueta en forma de crédito para que pudiera adquirir una nueva. No solo resolvieron mi problema rápidamente, mas demostraron un compromiso con el cliente que poucas marcas têm hoje em dia.

Estoy verdaderamente impresionada con la calidad del servicio recibido y me he convertido en una auténtica embajadora de la marca. ¡Gracias por demostrar que aún existen empresas que priorizan a sus clientes!

I placed an order at hellyhansen com/en_de . I decided to return the order, but the store has not processed the refund for over a month. I returned the order through the Hermes parcel delivery company qr code that Helly Hansen provided me for the refund. I returned the order and the store received my refund. However, for some reason Helly Hansen only processed the refund for 1 item. They say they only received 1 jacket from my order. The store says that the package was 100 grams. But the jacket with tags and packaging weighs clearly more than 100 grams. At the moment I still have not received a refund for my return. Be careful when you decide to place an order here. Shop does not say anything. I don't understand what I need to do now to get a refund for my return

J'ai acheté une paire de basket helly Hansen il y a quelques mois que je ne porte pas très souvent et la languette devant et déjà décoller je les trouve de très mauvaise qualité je ne recommande pas cette marque

Alt gik galt. Købte en regnjakke fra Helly Hansen, der slet ikke kunne holde regn ude. Det var gennem en anden webshop og reklamationen gik nemt. Jeg havde alligevel mod på en ny regnjakke fra HH og købte denne gang direkte hos dem. Tænkte servicen så ville være super, men det har været virkelig elendigt! Denne regnjakke kunne heller ikke holde regn ude og forøvrigt gik lynlåsen helt kaput efter få ganges brug. Jeg fik svaret, at jeg kunne få kredit sat ind på deres webshop🙄 jeg måtte insistere på, at jeg ville have mine penge retur. Jeg måtte rykke flere gange for svar og 75% af gangene, man skriver til dem, kommer der mailerdaemon retur, selvom man bruger den samme mail hver gang!
Endelig svarede de så, at pengene var på vej, men det passede så bare ikke. Jeg modtog aldrig noget. Ugerne gik og jeg rykkede flere gange: både over mail og deres hjemmeside. Fik igen mailerdaemon mange gange. Endelig efter yderligere nogle uger svarede de, at nu var pengene overført via PayPal. Det er en uge siden og jeg har ikke endnu ikke fået pengene på min egen konto. Det viser sig så, at de har sat pengene ind som saldo på min PayPal, så jeg skal betale for at få pengene udbetalt til mig selv. Mine egne penge!
Aldrig har jeg oplevet så amatøragtig en kundeservice og så elendige produkter! Det plejede ellers at være kvalitet, men det er det godt nok ikke mere, desværre!

Surtout pas, cette entreprise qui fourni de la laine « éthique » est en réalité une entreprise qui inflige d’énormes souffrances aux moutons et agneaux. Surtout fuyez et ne prenez pas de laine tout court.

Tengo un pedido hacen 3 semanas y todavía no me lo envían,estoy tratando hablar con algún asesor de helly Hansen pero aun nada,si yo quiero que devuelva mi dinero no más.

Black t shirts turned brown after one wash, and after wearing them about 6 times, loads of holes appearing in the clothing. I thought i was buying the best quality work clothing, but i actually bought the worst. I have had T shirts that cost £12 last for years with no issues…. This brand is absolute junk. Now for the customer service…. It takes them 3 days to reply each time to an email, asking silly questions, When the photos clearly show the problem. I have just had to give up and throw the lot in the bin, after spending around £300 on clothing, and another £150 on branding to go on the items…. Absolute waste of money. I dont even want to wear the coat, advertising with the HH brand on them, advertising for them. Fuming

I had an issue with a Helly Hansen item I purchased online. I contacted HH and they were very helpful and replaced the item with an even better item. The issue with the HH item was not my usual experience with this company so this was my first time to have an issue and HH customer service were exceptional in how they resolved the matter to my satisfaction. My confidence in the company is higher now than before my issue.
