Don’t order from this shop
Ordered 2 hotspots that were in stock, the website says 3-5 day delivery for in stock products, it’s been 3 weeks!!! I’ve sent several emails and no response, I’ve tried calling and the phone is off.

Edit; found your ticket, we did respond. Unfortunly we are unable to ship to the address you provided because DHL does not accept the current address and we have been working with you to find a solution.

Kabel besteld snel in huis alleen was verkeerde kabel. Heb deze terug gestuurd en per mail contact opgenomen. Nu al week geleden en 0 response gekregen, nemen telefoon ook niet op. Geen bericht van retour of bevestiging van terug betaling. Beantwoorden mail niet.

Very bad shop. DONT BUY!
heliumhotshop is a very unprofessional shop. The only person that works there is this Aaron. They only sent me 4GB instead of 8GB and refuse to give me back the extra money I paid. Instead I got a shopping voucher. What should I buy in this overpriced ugly shop? DONT BUY HELIUM MINER FROM THEM!

Thank you kindly for your feedback and sorry to read that you are not happy about our service. Due to the overstock we had on 4GB we offered our March customer a 4GB more than a month earlier, which is pretty unusual in this business. If you have received a 4GB you have agreed on the terms sent in the email. As extra we gave everybody that agreed a voucher to shop.
