Satisfied with quality of product and service

Undelivered package for which I was billed already more than 3 weeks ago (tracking number lg863596820GB shipment # 1000012855) non adhesive dressings 10cm that are needed urgently.
Will greatly appreciate following up on the shipment. I am trying out healthcare4all and hope for a positive impression.

Overall the service was OK. Some minor snags (they sent just one instead of two leads and the drawing on the site does not quite match what the leads look like) but things were resolved quickly enough and to everybody's satisfaction.

First class. To actually receive a telephone call from a company about my enquiry was welcome and helpful.

Daniel from customer service was outstanding and answered all of my questions. The item that I ordered had to be shipped internationally and it arrived early. Furthermore, it was as described on the website. I highly recommend this shop.

Ils me proposent seulement de réparer la machine à mes frais après plus d’une semaine d’échange mail . Pourtant la machine est sous garantie . Service après vente nul .

Brilliant product, the only place I could find medical grade manuka dressings (never put manuka honey from a jar on a wound) which have been specially prepared for use on open wounds! Great price and prompt delivery too!

Precautionary purchase of a pulseoximeter. Arrived promptly and easy to set up. Thankfully oxygen saturation at good level even though positive for Covid (omicron?). So thanks to Healthcare4All.
